The idea of the game caught my attention. At first it's hard to find the key to how it works, but it's very interesting.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD54 → Space Loops

The idea of the game caught my attention. At first it's hard to find the key to how it works, but it's very interesting.
Really interesting concept! It was a bit hard to understand how to get past the first level where the past is blocking you, but once I got it I enjoyed the puzzles, good job!
I've only played one game about time loops. And thank you for letting me play another one. I love this concept. And your execution is excellent. I am writing this in the middle of my playthrough. Now I'm gonna go back and beat the game.
Interesting concept! Great job!
Great concept, probably one of the most innovated in years!
I was a little off put at first by the mechanic of colliding with your previous self, but after a headache or two (and a moment of the walkthrough) the puzzles got really really elaborate given the constraints you had. At times it could get frustrating going through each loop one by one, just to make a little error in execution -- especially with a HOLD check on the jump button instead of a PRESS check, so that every time I touched the floor I'd jump again; all in all though, the level design was the standout for me, amazing job! I didn't manage to get through every puzzle, just given the time I gave myself, but I got to level 13 and everything went smoothly aside from the initial tutorialization of the mechanics. I felt like the connection to the theme was more of a by-product of the mechanic rather than the inspiration for the mechanic, but honestly, it really did work well enough for me to overlook that while playing! :3
Congrats, the both of you! I outta find someone to help me put together my jam games if it means they'll turn out like this. I look forward to seeing what you two make next time, see ya! :beers:
Cool concept here. I particularly like the shadow pushing you though it makes it difficult to wrap your head around at first. Fun game that I can see becoming a full one potentially!
Thanks for the feedback everyone!
@sephowepho Thank you so much for the indepth feedback. I agree with everything you said. I think there probably should have only been 10 levels instead of 15 and that would have been a better fit for the jam. The time loop does probably feel like the main mechanic of the game, rather than the limited space management.
Nice puzzels and audio.
Great idea, feel a bit buggy at first, but the level design is great and help you understand all the subtility and rules. Great job !
Thanks for submitting the game to the stream! If you wanted to watch it again in the future heres the vod timestamped to your game

Great concept, the collision with the path your past self is taking is a little difficult to understand at first. But overall great job !
Not sure if the 'past blocking you' is some kind of allegory, but it certainly makes for pretty interesting puzzles!! Well done!
Nice and interesting mechanic that's very fitting to the theme. Would maybe take some distances to make certain jumps and other moments feel more natural.
Got through the game, good concept and good execution too.
Nicely done! Interesting mechanics, fun puzzles, and well polished.
What a creative game! The puzzles were difficult but didn't feel impossible and I had fun trying to figure them out, it made me feel smart lol. I enjoyed the constraint of there being a wall at the top of the level, which meant you had to be careful with your jumps, as well as the space constraints created by your past loops, which meant you had to time your movements to create space for your future loop. Very very cool idea.
Wow, creative take on a theme! Had a pleasure solving puzzles and they felt unique and fitting. Great work!
