I love the spinning dog, good stuff.
I love this application of the theme, it's unique and yet familiar. Every part of the game was good, though not incredible. The main thing holding it back is the small number of level patterns, which quickly start to repeat themselves. It can be difficult to jump onto precise targets from this camera angle; perhaps a fake shadow directly underneath the player instead of "real" shadows (like in Mario) would improve that.
I love visual and sounds, game is really nice, but I think there are a problems. Every time I die from dog because I don't see her. It's quiet hard to jump because camera view is small.

Damn dogs appearing as if from nowhere. Nice game. Audio and visual were really well done. Although the controls worked well i think and game controller would be better suited here instead of my keyboard. Overall good game.
Fun game! The only thing I found slightly frustrating was because of the camera angle, making timed jumps was hard especially on the alligators because you can't see when you touch the ground. (Others have mentioned similar things)
I liked how there was no waiting around, it was all action and respawns were fast. Made it fun to keep trying and improve.

Awesome idea. I really enjoyed playing it. As another person mentioned the camera angle was a little weird, but overall I really enjoyed playing this!
Cool game. Though i had some mobile flashbacks of casual mobile games ads, but all in all - the game is good.
A nice and cohesive idea for only 3 days! I appreciated the attention to visuals and sound, it was a nice experience. I ended up losing lives by back tracking to islands I had just fallen off, but that's more me being dumb haha. A really nice concept with the timer for the platforming sections being driven by the boat moving along. A cool game, great job!

The game mechanics all work well and come together to make a solid foundation that could easily be expanded upon with more levels. A couple of places for potential improvement that I haven't seen other people mention: It would be nice if the boat sped to the next level if the player loses early on so that there's no downtime and I didn't realise that I needed to pick up the package on the boat at first which left me wondering what to do once I reached the mailbox.
Very nice game! I liked the umbrella and the surfboard! Also the different platforms were challenging.

The surfboard put a huge smile on my face - not to mention the dogs! I kind of wish we got to keep and activate the abilities manually but they did add a sense of urgency to things.
Overall, I think @bmacintosh said almost everything I can but I'd like to add that the player controls really well for a 3D platformer jam game; good work!
I think this is a fantastic idea! I have a lot of feedback but I think all the ideas are great.
I would advise against putting the levels in random order. The first time someone sees a certain element, they are going to not know how it works and screw it up. If you think about how levels work in a Mario game like Super Mario 3D world, they always give the player a sandbox to experiment with a new mechanic before then applying the mechanic in a straightforward way and then new and interesting ways, and combining it with other stuff. I would try doing the same thing here.
The jumping felt floaty to me, and I had a hard time judging when I would land. I never successfully landed in an alligator mouth. You could spend some time working on how that works. Specifically I would try making you come down faster, and lowering the angle of the camera so it is more side-on and less overhead.
I don't think the timer is necessary. It seems like it it telling the game when to load a new level segment, and the user doesn't need to know that. Also the levels are different lengths, so it might be better to have each segment have a trigger that the boat hits that loads the next segment.
That's pretty much it. I enjoyed it. Congrats on the cool game :)
I had a lot of fun with this one! Loved the idea and the mechanics!
It just needs some tweaks about the jump: - jump sound - stronger landing sound - shadow showing clearly where you are going to land - faster, more responsive descent
With that and a few more islands would be really great! Anyway it's a pretty good job, and I really had fun!
This was a nice take on the theme. The tension was really cool, get off and back on again. It was a fter a time a little too punishing. I think a wider view so that you had a little more room for error would have been worth it. A nice game loop with lots of potential for development. Good work
