I really like the aesthetic! Congrats on your first 3D game
Fun little game!
The graphical style comes together nicely, and the music is very engaging. Very pleasantly surprised to see powerups drop in a LD game, even if only one type!
Genuinely fun, gets quite intense when the spawn rate starts to pick up.
Great job putting this together! :)
Great work.
With more variety in levels, animals and weapons it could make for a great little game although it might need a meta game/story. e.g. Harvest Guardian.
@arowx Agreed, I was planning on adding a raven/crow enemy that flies around and shoots at you, plus another weapon. Proved to be too much for the compo, but maybe later!
If the Windows or Linux download links aren't working for people, you can go to the Itch.io page and download the files from there 👍
This is a pretty simple and fun jam game. The music and visuals is pretty good, and I love homemade sound effects. Overall a good little jam game. Well done.
Nice entry and congrats on making your first 3D game as well! Really fun and simple to play. My only complaint is that it's a bit hard to spot some enemies depending on where you are. Cool!
I like the mood that is set with the visuals and music. The graphics remind me of Dusk in some ways. Really well done music too. Great job for your first 3D game!
@tinykidtoo Dusk was definitely a big inspiration!
Almost hit 100 score! Really fun game, love the visuals.
Fun game! Out of quite a few LD games, this is actually the only FPS I've played so far. Pretty impressive for your first 3D game, too. I love the "(badgers?)" bit in your description, haha. I like how the level is small enough that you can keep an eye on everything, but the hay bales are large enough that you need to move around frequently to check for badgers sneaking toward you. Very enjoyable to play - nice work!

Very nice =) I was only missing a bullseye on the screen to know where I was going to shoot
Great game!
Very cool game! The art was great and the map was *just* the right size to fit in everything and keep aware of the badgers. The sound effects were very crunchy and satisfying as well. Only thing to do now would be add some more powerups and enemy types!
Congrats on such a good first 3d game!
It's a lot like standard fps survival shooter, but with funky aestetics. I really like the mood of how you're surrounded by high hay where boars come from. The theme is well made and makes a lot of sense to protect the harwest from wild boars. Overall nice job.
Good shooter. But without crosshair it's a bit difficult to shoot. Also enemies are very hard at the end, definitely requires some upgrades of gun. Overall nice game!
i like the aesthetic and the concept of the game, it's very simple but fun. definitely would've liked having a crosshair though
Congrats for your first 3D game ! it's a nice entry !
The music and enemies spawning from every direction make it really frenetic, but I think that putting more effect of animal deaths could fit in the game, and add to the satisfaction. The blood cubes feels a bit soft
I scored 131.48, thank you for the "Unlock FPS" option, it's a life changer for a fps
I think it's a simple idea but well implemented. Graphics and audio were really convincing for me :) score.png
Your first LD, compo, and first 3D game? Very well done! That's a super impressive combination. I think the difficulty was tuned perfectly with the small area but the enemies being smaller than the hay bales. We still had to constantly move around and check the corners.
I do think just a crosshair in the center would have been the biggest upgrade you could have made if you had any time left for it, but the game was still fun to play.
This is really well made. The visuals, music, controls everything is superb. It is awesome that you were able to make FPS mech in such time constraint with a full game around it. Really enjoyed  .
The game is really impressive! I suggest adding a point on the screen so that the player will know where they are shooting at, I missed a lot of bullets when shooting from far away
Interesting FPS. No crosshairs made it difficult to aim, and it was kind of nerve wracking as the beasts grew in number and eventually brought a game-over. Thanks for providing a Linux version of the game. Hard but interesting game, good work!
