Playing with keyboard and mouse, it seems that space and shift didn't work to go up and down (or it was too slow to notice). I found it was a bit hard to know in which direction I was moving. Space game often put small objects or particles to have reference points to know if you're moving and in which direction, and that could have help.
Mission success! This took a couple tries, near the end I was speedrunning the anomalies, but the ship cleanup afterwards was always troublesome, there was always one ship that seemed to be flying towards me, taking me out.
Yeah, a very fun space shooter take on the theme. It looks extremely good, the asteroids, the ships and the anomaly effects, plus the sound effects are very well done. The gameplay felt good, reorienting yourself after the 10 second anomaly bursts kept it challenging (gotta get those out of the way first). Amazing work in 48 hours, really well done!

The visual effects on the black holes is really good. I like how the lasers warp around them. The first time I played I didn't know where I was going so my speed was so high that I couldn't really get back to the middle of the map easily, I kept overshooting it every time I tried. The second time was much easier when I kept my speed under control from the beginning. I'm not a fan of clicking as fast as you can to shoot. Would rather be able to hold down the button to shoot at a fixed speed. Very good looking game overall.

**Mission success!**
Overall a nice compo entry, I really liked the anomaly shader! :cyclone:
It would've been nice to have two controls to rotate left and right respectively to readjust the spaceship, though :arrows_counterclockwise: :arrows_clockwise:
I'm not sure of how it's connected with the 10 second theme, but it's ok, following the theme is not mandatory...

I like the trippy graphics! The light bending shader was probably fun to code. (Though effects like that are not the only thing that makes a game have good graphics of course.)
On the other hand, this was hard to control, to the point that I had some trouble even getting to the anomalies to begin with.
(The single sound effect that was there was satisfying in combination with the rest of the effects ... but I'd have liked some more.)
Oh, one final (small) thing: The game over-screen flits by too quickly if you're shooting. One thing to do is to not be able to dismiss such things with just a single (half) click.
Wow, very advanced shader you got there! Also, the game strongly reminded me of Observation Duty. Well done!
Nice work ! The space and the black hole have amazing graphics, comparatively the shoots and the ennemys was not well integrated in the game, but that increase too the visibility of it. The control is good, and it's easy to handle the ship, and when the first anomaly was resolved and the ennemy alerted that was EPIC ! The lack of space opera music is a shame but that's already an amazing work for a compo game, good work !

I like the light bending effect on the anomalies, but I ran away from them at first lol. After a restart and the hint I finished the game, had fun with the dogfights :)
Nice Game!
Controls were pretty challenging to get a hold of (especially on a gamepad!) but visually this game looked really great! Especially liked the shader around the anomalys!
