This is just chaotic (in a good way) :D It would be nice if the player character would be rotated towards the camera view instead of the movement, this way I found it difficult to hit the enemies and got swarmed pretty quickly, but I enjoyed the frantic buying and upgrading in the shop! Good work!

@zakroutil Thanks for playing! We need a tutorial and controls lists yet but you can aim directly by holding right click and even fire projectiles by charging that way.

It's a bit hard to understand what you can do in the beginning, but after that the combat is kinda fun! The vampire and the enemies look good, but other areas of the game might need some love later if you decide to continue the project:)

The title of this game is ridiculous, and I love it :D and you really went all in, the gameplay, music, and voice acting are all just as over the top!

I think it's really interesting that you need time to use the forge; that is a great use of the theme :)

The dash is mainly useful for getting around, but I could see it being more useful if it didn't stop you from attacking. I'm also not sure if the enemy melee attacks were intentionally weak/didn't work, but it definitely added to the power fantasy.

@thewustache Thanks for the feedback and bringing an issue to our attention! I assume you were playing on 144hz monitor? Enemy attacks were not working on those setups...it is extremely bizarre. We've uploaded a new version with the framerate locked to 60 fps for the time being.

@tomatolamp Yep, I am playing on a high refresh rate monitor. I gave it another go and it's working for me now. It's much more challenging this way :)

The title is a 10/10, the rest of the game... 11/10

Tackling a 3rd person action game is no easy feat, and I would say you guys did a very good job of it in only 72 hours! I really liked the main mechanic, and it was fun to have upgrades so that my kills actually meant something instead of just clearing out a field.

Really nice adaption from the theme into a heart-pumping action game. It's very intense that you have to be quick both inside and outside the combat. Great job!

A pretty addictive game. The way you literally make every fight & between fights 10sec works in such a fast-paced game.

Lots of stuff for such a short time, liked that you got a whole-ass options menu in there! I wasn't clear on what I was using to buy stuff until I realized that you can see your 'vials' only when you go to one of the shops, but you could click the buttons when you're not. The short amount of time you have makes it very hectic but fun. Some feedback on when you get hit or hit enemies would have been good, as well as maybe bigger increments in power? It felt like each time I wasn't changing much, but over time I'm sure a lot changed. Well done regardless!

Extremely fun, my only gripe is how slow upgrading your attacks is. Seeing as you only have 10 seconds to do it, I wish it were a little bit faster. Other than that, there was an issue with attacks registering on slopes.

The music really sold me on the energy of the game. Well done!

Impressive scope for Jam game. The pace is fun, the setting is nice. At the start it is little unclear what does what, but then it gets better. Also good use of theme.

The game feels abit unpolished but I think it has a solid gameplay, I like the idea of changing from shop to fight every 10 seconds, it gives a sense of strategie and planning, also the forging mechanic prevents player from getting bored in the shop waiting for the timer which is great! though I feel like fighting the enemies isn't as satisfying as it should it took me a while to understand how combat work.. anyway I think the game is pretty solid just a bit rough arround the edges, nice work!

ps: I figures a bug where you can forge and buy from the shop by clicking the buttons without getting closer to the menu lol

Wow, really cool and hectic gameplay, with great music and SFX too. Maybe it will be more challenging if the stage is smaller, or the player health will keep subtracting. I think it will be more awesome if adding some slash effects too. Nice work!

So much going on!! I loved the whole vibe you had going. The level design left something to be desired (maybe a little large for 10 seconds), but the character designs were great. I had a heck of a lot of fun, even if I didn't end up fully figuring out all of the mechanics. I really loved the dodge spin attack :D

As fast-paced as the gameplay was, I didn't feel like I had a good chance to learn exactly how vial collection worked. It seemed like I might have needed to be nearby the kill to collect it? Also, a little grace period once leaving the forge/shop would be nice, as I sometimes died right when spawning back in. Even still, I kept replaying again and again cause it was just so much fun.

Here's a thought: you obviously meant to make the carnage the highlight. In order to heal, the player needed to purchase it with blood vials. But when the player needs the heals the most (at least early on in the game), they are more likely to play conservatively in order to not die ... which means less blood! Instead, what if you rewarded the player's aggression by healing automatically when blood is drawn? It's obviously a different design (and there are many equally fine ones), but thinking about what behavior you'd like to get out of your players is a big next step!

Nice one, you managed to pack quite some action in this game. I like that you have to be quick both during the actual game and while buying upgrades. The level could get some love though. Music and sound effects are really good btw. I believed you nailed down the gameplay
