I got a score of 57. The graphics were cool, and the music was lively! :))

Thanks for playing @terylangosh my highest score has been about 300, but I had a cheat sheet on all the dance moves ;)
Nice art! I think for having a dance based game having a really strong backing track with a pulsing beat etc would be really beneficial.
Very interesting concept, I like it. Was fun trying to figure out all the dance moves.
I had a really hard time figuring out the moves but after a while I got it and I like the concept.
Fun! Liked trying to figure out the different dance moves but man did that dance floor get packed quickly. I liked the art and the music was alright (definitely fun and chaotic). I definitely appreciated the "open-ended" puzzle-ness of it. Good job!
One improvement would be to make it easier to keep track of your character via a more distinct appearance or highlight. Unless that was part of the game, it just didn't feel great to lose myself like that, haha.
Took a bit to figure out what the white, green and red meant but once I did it was fun trying to discover all the options. Not sure if I did find all but enjoyed trying to.
this was fun! discovering the moves and then having more options each time when the board gets really full is an interesting way to pace the game and let the player improve each time. Nice work!
I felt super boxed in super quick. I liked trying to find the combos though, and the graphics are pretty fitting
Thank you guys for playing and for your feedback! @nate-bit-games @sawyer @hungrycatgames @amberfall92 @fromage There are 6 moves in total and yeah, once you got them figured out it's way easier (still a bit tough when the crowd's full though) @lachlan-james I agree, some cool beats would do great on the game, I tried my luck at making a song, sadly I'm very bad at it lol @tobius I agree, sometimes it's a bit hard to see, it wasn't intentional. When I noticed it, it was too late to update all the graphics so I went with it, but if I were to expand on it I would make the player clearer and also keep track of all the moves the player has found
Good work. I felt like the music on a dancing related game could have had a bit larger presence, and as you already commented, a list of discovered dance moves would have been nice. But until now it was probably the most fun game i've played from this jam.
i don't understand this game
The theme is on point! dance mechanics feels good
games awesome., concepts great. the name for the move, al thou not showing the keys to press gave a good understanding of wwhat moves to do. only issue was that when i moved up for example and an enemy was at my left it gamve me that bad move as if i have someone up, but the square was free. so i think that the bbox u use to check in the grid gets a bit confused there.great job overall
@golam you just move with WASD/arrow keys and try to make the dance moves (the top is a guide: red - wrong move, white - the sequence is okay, green - you completed a move). @confidant17 thanks for the report!
I liked the graphics, but I didn't really understand the how the dances worked. I only found 2.
Fun to play, nice idea. I find the realism ingenious ... reflects my reality exactly :D
Very unusual, I really liked it!
Fun game, but I'd like to see how many moves I have discovered and how many are there yet to discover. Anyway I like the idea, that sooner or later you must bump into somebody at the party lol.
Really cool concept and execution. My only problem was that I had a hard time finding myself as the game went on. Maybe a border around the player so you don't lose yourself. Good game otherwise. Nice job!
Interesting concept! Gets really difficult really quickly. I like the idea of discovering the dances, but I found it difficult to do anything pretty quickly even after I knew two dances (are there more?).
Unless I'm missing something, there were no moves that started with left or down (or that I could find that would take you in a particularly leftward or downward direction)...? I really like the idea of having to learn the moves and then strategically chain them both to score points and to avoid other dancers, but having to break combos to run over to the other side of the dance floor really broke any sort of flow you could get into.
Again, cool concept, well executed on a technical level, I just think there needed to be more options for how the player is able to move around the dance floor without breaking combos.
Good work!
Sound effects were a little overpowering. Could have used a few more dance moves to pull off. I only managed to find like three different moves and none of them started on left or down. With some polish this could be a great arcade-style score attack game.
Thank you for sharing!
The floor gets crowded pretty quickly and the party inevitably ends. A nice little game.
