Honestly i liked it a lot, it ended abruptly fast and i would love to enjoy the music a lil bit longer. Also the mchanics couldve been explained a little better.

I made it to about 500m before I let myself die just to see what would happen. :slight_smile:
I'm not 100% sure whether the layering of music is tied to the light or not, but it feels very natural -- and whether it was your intent or not, it really increased the tension and had me racing to the next recharging station.
I really appreciated that there were little things to stumble across while exploring, too. I chased a little fish, found an arch, saw some giant sponge-looking thing...

I liked this game. The music was great and added to the atmosphere. It could have been explained what the objective was though because I did not actually know if there was going to be an end to the game as I was playing or if the goal was just to go as deep as I could.
I praise you for the relaxing music. So far, this is the most concise, minimalistic and graphically clean game that I managed to meet in the competition. The atmosphere is great. I will return to the game periodically :thumbsup:

It seems that I am the first one the get the pearl ;) ahhhh. Great atmosphere created. It seems that there are cool down between each dropping beacon, right? However, there are not many gameplays in the game. Looking forward to more elements and features added in. Overall, good jobs!

The games music is just so fitting and relaxing! It fits the style and gameplay perfectly :D
I also really like the minimalistic art style, it works so well together with the rest of the game!
What isn't to love about this game! The pixel art and colour palette is stunning. It's spot on with the theme. Both relaxing, but also with a certain level of suspense - which, along with some terrific music, adds a decent amount of atmosphere. Best LD entry I've played so far. I'll be following :D

I really like this one. The art and music complement each other super well - I found the whole experience kind of therapeutic! My only critique would be that the difficulty could be made slightly harder. Great game! "Mission Successful" ;)
The music is truly great as it it matches so well with the lights going out. The game was rather easy, I could do it on the first try with always leaving my light on, but it was fun to play nonetheless :)

Intresting game :) I died at -368m :(. but something made me wanting to play it again.. At first I was gonna complain about no battery meter until I realised the light was the meter :)

Lovely entry. Got to the end, really felt you nailed mood and theme. I loved the layered audio and the whole thing came together for a really serene experience.

I loved that I found my old drone sitting there, and used beacons. In the second dive I did not use the beacons.
The light slowly dying when you are so deep is very nice, I once saw a battery but at to consider going out of my way to get it, or try to make it with the remaining of light!

This shows you how important aesthetics and just a little bit of polish are to a game. It's incredibly simple but I enjoyed every second of it. Flicking my light on and off to save energy like it was a sonar felt so cool and resourceful. The soundtrack was killer, when the bass kicks in it's such a vibe! Absaloutely fantastic entry!
The soundtrack is so good, the game as a whole is a complete experience, with nothing extra added. I think I'll revisit this game for sure. Thank you!

It's surprisingly relaxing, and this atmosphere is further amplified by the calm, chill music and smooth movement (the latter feels great, btw). Managing your sources of light as it keeps getting darker is a pretty interesting concept, well done !
Perfect entry! The way the music syncs up to the battery life is a really nice touch. Great job.
Fun times saw some strange phenomenon in the depths but I died something awful before I could get to the "bottom" of it. Really nice game look forward to jumping back in soon to try and figure out what I saw down there before the lights went out.
