This is great! I love the rogue-like aspect. Could maybe use some balance tweaks (I wound up spending all my money on time), but overall it's a fun and clever game!
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD48 → Deep Sewers

O_o cool game added screens
I liked the Half-Life plants. The game feels very completed and well planned, for me all that was missing was some balance with the time rewards and the prices, but in my experience balance is one of the hardest aspects to get right in a game jam, as one usually expends most of the time working on the game systems.
Mood is very good, everything is really consistent in style (music, characters, level design).
This is amazing. I wish there was an ending though(Maybe there is I've been playing for a while now and no end in sight and I never run out of time now). On level 16 and might have to call it there. I do like that as you get deeper though the more likely certain things show up I think. I especially like the skeleton model and the redder lights as you go. Certainly a top contender so far for me :) Edit: Make that level 26 and yeah the timer isn't budging down. Really fun though. Would love to see a post jam version definitely!
This is really fun! The controls feel great and the 3d art is very well made! I also really like how you can buy upgrades after each level! I think it would be cool if the levels were more different from each other, maybe if they went backwards and forwards as well as to the side so they could have more interesting layouts. Overall a very enjoyable game!
Always the rabbits to do the dirty work! Really enjoyable game with challenge and progression. I played several runs and couldn't reach lower than -3 because I run out of time!
Love the 3D art and the game atmosphere with skeletons and fun assets, it makes the whole sewer very alive.
Clever way to notify the player we can go down with the sound of the big metal plate moving.
Great entry (and a 3D one! with fun gameplay), congrats!
Nice artwork! Might be nice if more time were added each level so you could focus more on buying upgrades instead of time. A challenging balance.
Great work!
I like that the rabbit was taken as a hero, it looks funny.
Thanks for contributing to the jam!
I feel like you have a solid base mechanic here, the vacuuming worked well and was really easy to use.
Keyboard controls were solid. No issues there.
Setting was a little wacky but that might be what you were going for :)
Nice work!
Very nice game, simple but satisfying.
Great idea!
Interesting idea and really nice graphics and sound. Liked the vacuuming but kind of expected a bit more diversity from it. Pretty solid base game that could benefit from an unexpected twist. Well done!
Loved the originality of the setting, the general look of the place with the grimy slimy glowey sewers, nice work on all the 3D assets, I bet it was a TON of work. Great job on the game, would love to see more!
Nice game! Cute graphics! The tentacles didn't do what I expected them to! :P
Liked the small details on the walls, although the game was pretty hard. Had some fun, but only got to level -2. I think the graphics are nice but the animations feel a little stiff, and the lighting is a little flat. Overall, good job!
Very cool game, i like the cleaning aspect, it is insanely hard in the next levels! I think buying time should cost less so players it can be a bit less stressful, but overall this is a great game.
Fantastic work!
It's looks like i'm playing on a Nintendo 64 and i liked it a lot!
Idea was cool! Haven't seen a cleanup game yet in the jam.
The vacuum + the music meant I couldn't resist sucking to the beat of the song you got playing lmaoooo, try it, it's addictive
By layer -2 though, I was hoping there would be some twist or change-up in the gameplay! I led myself to believe a slime monster would form out of the slime, trying to take me out until I give it the suck treatment.
I was having fun with this game until I broke it by warping from level 1 to level -30. Oops! Other than that the graphics were cool and the gameplay was good! Thanks for sharing! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1003785681?t=3h28m15s
Nice and simple game with a clearly articulated core loop. My only minor annoyance was that my vacuum would sometimes not suck up the liquid unless I walked away and back toward the puddle? I'd love to see what you do with it in the future!
I uploaded our gameplay of your game on youtube, you can find it here: https://www.youtube.be/watch?v=1F0Ywiy2Mt8&t=8216s
Thanks for being part of the stream, it was amazing!
Overall this game is very good! The graphics are nice and all fit together well. I felt the vacuum mechanic could be improved, sometimes it wasn't working for me and it was not obvious if it was my fault for not understanding where to stand to vacuum, or the web version of the game not registering my clicks properly.
I really like the progression, but I'm slow so I coudn't enjoy a lot of the upgrade. The price are steep!
Good job!
Forgot to link this earlier, but here's the vod where I played: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1003206672?t=1h11m41s
