Cute game! I like the real-time-strategyish/command and conquery king of control system. The graphics are nice and set the atmosphere and the spooky skeletons the further you go in add to that! Nice atmosphere and I love the little differences between the characters and the weapons you can get to spice it up. The different berry bushes are a nice touch, always creating a "is this going to heal me, hurt me, or worse!" feeling :D. Great job!
Good work! This game's well done

Great stuff! The controls took a little getting used to, but I got the hang of it after a few minutes. I really liked the artstyle as well. Nice work!

Berry organizations tremble at my knowledge of every one of those tasty little treats.
I really enjoyed the controls for this game, though it would be nice to have a better highlight of which character you are selecting / have selected. And I got to the end of level 18 and it said something like "You've reached the end, or have you?" And then I couldn't get through the door, and there was nothing else on the level, so I didn't know what to do and gave up after about 5 minutes of walking around aimlessly on that level.
Overall a fun game though, good job!

I was surprised at the amount of variety in the weapons! Whenever a new person wanted to join I made them try a new berry (unless there were ones I was sure would heal them) :smiling_imp: Would have been nice if the music was longer or if there was just some general ambience instead, felt like I was going a bit insane towards the end with the music looping and the game taunting me
My first time playing a bird was already attacking me at the start, and after I killed it I could not move anymore. I think I realize now I must have de-selected the player. My second playthrough I made it to room 6, before I tried 2 different berries that instantly kill you and lost.
The game was cute, and it was surprising being able to play as three people at once. It was hard to select enemies by clicking on them though, maybe a larger area around them that could be clicked would be helpful.

Nice contribution.
After a few levels I stopped trying new berries as most of them were far to deadly. Then, I stopped losing my men and reached a critical number of them making me one shot every enemy (except the big monkey that needed maybe three shots). Overall, a good entry, but I think that strategy lacks a bit.
Regarding the random generation, I think I found far too much men and I met not enough enemy for making the game challenging.
Neat little game.
The insta-kill berries felt really bad; and generally just made me paranoid/hesitant to try new berry types as they appeared, or made me second guess whether one was lethal or not. I suppose that was probably the point, but it felt a bit too punishing.
Controls also slowly drove me nuts, they just weren't very intuitive to me for some reason.
Past that though, the game itself is pretty neat. A fascinating mixture of RTS and exploration that really works well.
Impressive scope for jam game!

Nice game, I enjoyed it! Only complaint would be the sometimes wonky controls. But overall you did a good job!
Fun! I lost more good men to berries than monkeys. I like the art and sound design. Thank you for making it!

An excellent and fairly complex game. Controls are a bit difficult, especially with a touchpad. I ate so many berries ;-)

Nicely done! There were a few problems I had, the first one being pathfinding troubles (people getting stuck on rocks, and sometimes failing to interact with things close to a wall), and after having to deal with multiple low health members, I would've preferred if they were prioritized for eating berries rather than the ones already at full health. Towards the end the game started lagging a lot since I was playing the web version with all the people I had, but that's understandably harder to fix. Still, I want to emphasize that it was really impressive how many things you got into the game (it was a LOT longer than I expected), and it was definitely well-made.

Wait, after all this struggle I "won but I lost"? :'(
Crazy project tho, tackling RTS and procedural generation, Bravo. (went to room 18, never spotted any impossible to reach places or anything)
Well done!

Interesting game and mechanics. Very nice art! Sound effects were a little annoying. The controls were mighty confusing though. Took me a while to understand properly. I stopped playing after a few levels, as there didn't seem to be an ending in sight or purpose for continuing (a quest line or something would have made it more compelling).

This game really gave us some high points of my night lol. You guys did a great job making something mysterious and unique. I think there were a few confusing things at first, but my experience became more and more cool as I got deeper. I streamed my session so you can see my first impressions and full feedback! https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1002194657?t=01h57m15s
Wow the berry connoisseur concept was really funny :D I mean in deeper levels I got scared of trying any new berries because the were so many deadly. I think I would have loved to see a change at the end. The messages built up so much tension that I really hoped to be able to escape.
