very fun!!! great job :)
Wow so I gotta say if anyone figures out the confirm numbers puzzle on their own I'll eat my hat. The rest of it made me feel really smart figuring it all out. Absolutely hilarious game, I was rolling the whole time, great job.
@luizamuller @quinn-patrick Thanks for playing it you guys!
This was surprisingly fun considering I basically deal with this IRL.
Love the startup sound at the beginning. Major nostalgia.
Fun game.
@im5x5 Ha ha! thanks! That's encouraging to here. I was worried I might have accidently made the most boring game ever. XD
That was hilarious. Even though it probably didn't need most of my messaging additions I did it anyway.
@quinn-patrick I actually figured that one out quickly. I only used the walkthrough once because I was confused why the monkey wasn't taking my "bannana" (Spoiler Alert: turns out I've been spelling banana wrong this entire time).
This game was hilarious! I had a ton of fun playing this. My only complaint is that the text speed is quite slow so you have to wait a bit for the email to load. I loved your interpretation of the theme and very nice nostalgia factor -- high scores for me!
@supergamersgames Lol that's hillarious. I had to look it up as I was making it and I thought it had two "n"s as well. XD
@emily-pitcher Thanks for the feedback! You can hold the left-mouse-button to speed up the dialogue but I probably should have added an option to skip the animation!
I had a lot of fun writing silly elaborate emails about how I was going to send an army of bees to their offices if they don't give me my dog.
There was a bunch of emails that also went:
Subject: DOG
Body: give dog
I loved everything about this game! But people who play it offline might not be able to do the translations for the binary sections (unless they're a programmer obviously). That's a minor nitpick in an otherwise fantastic entry. Great work dude!
@phobos001 Thanks for playing! That's a good point about the binary translations. Currently the game in only available in browser but that will be something to keep in mind if I upload a Windows port.
Fun
I liked this. Big thanks to the help desk for the walkthrough because I am a first class smooth brain so I quickly found myself in high water and not sure what to do. I absolutely loved the portraits in this game and how they qucikly went from "Yeah that a person" to "Thats not a man thats a red rombus in a suit!". TL;DR Gib d0g plz.
@gonzalo-barrionuevo :) thanks!
@theseusinabottle Thanks so much! XD
Awesome. I'm not sure how you did it, but I'm impressed that my vague responses were accepted by the recipients. Well done, thanks for the laugh :)
@yobiscus Thanks for playing it! I can't tell you how I did it though, that's a trade secret. ;)
I can't tell you how much I adored playing this. Thank you so much for allowing copy paste functionality as well, much appreciated :stuck_out_tongue:
Fantastic job!
100% accurate simulator about dealing with customer support. 10/10 watermelons.
@mandarad Thanks so much for the kind words! The copy paste functionality literally broke as soon as I uploaded it to itchio. I spent the whole submission hour panicking and trying to patch it back in lol.
@david-u Thanks so much for playing it! I hope I didn't give too many people PTSD flashbacks from customer support experiences. I know it was a little traumatic for me to make at times! XD
What a banger! Had a lot of fun reading the emails. The start was painfully close to dealing with university matters online ahah visuals and sounds fit the experience very well, congrats!
@gramozilho Haha! Thanks so much! University matters were actually the primary inspiration for the game lol.
Such a heartwarming story! Definitely one of the most original interpretations I've come across so far. Lookit this doggo I will wade into customer service hell for you, puppers, won't I, puppers?
Hoorah! fun fact, my emails slowly became less coherent as the game went on. in the end they were just
Want dog. How? Sad.
This is a great entry with pretty good art to boot. I had fun changing my e-mail persona from psycho back to pleading back to just 'give doge'.
@carraka @wandersen @wizard-sino Thanks so much for playing it guys!
Awesome game, 5 stars all around from me!
@vanleiden Wow! thanks so much!
Way more fun than expected! Good job! Are there any hidden Easter egg e-mails? :thinking:
@ismael-rodriguez Thanks! There is one hidden easter egg/email. It's pretty hard to find though.
