I loved the atmosphere of your game. All the neon lights and the models looked really nice, and the BGM audio sets the mood of a futuristic western shootout.

Controls felt a little bit floaty, making puzzle segments more irritating, rather than challenging or fun. And the number of enemies on the last level seemed like a little bit too much

But besides that, I don't have any complaints. Good job!

loved it. it looked amazing and satisfying for the eyes. But I didnt like the controls they need a little more fixing up, other than that amazing

This game looked very polished, but im lacking in game menu after hiting ESC. Overall it is looking like very good finish game.

I didnt understand what you had to do

Very good game. The atmosphere and graphics are awesome, sfx is also pretty good (only the enemies death sound could maybe be a little less in-your-face? idk xd). The only thing holding the game back is the movement mechanics. It would help a lot, if the dash direction would be determined by your keyboard movement and not mouse cursor position. Right now using the dash defensively doesn't really work. You probably hold the cursor on the enemies to shoot them and need to move the mouse into very different direction to dodge, which doesn't really work that well.

Nice game! Liked the variety of shooting and platforming with the dash. Looks good too!

Gorgeous game. Pushing blocks with the ship was a bit clunky, but the 'unblock holes to go down' mechanic was neat - the way the ship fell through was satisfying.

Very nice graphics. Good job

I meant to try this and then ended up playing for a half hour straight. This is an amazing entry for a jam.

Really fun little game, didn't find any bugs. Could only use a main menu, other than that, seems very polished.

I enjoyed playing the game. Graphics looked really good and the music set the mood quite nicely. One thing I didn't like was that you dash in the direction of your mouse. I would have prefered it, if you dashed in the direction your moving or if standing still in the direction of your mouse

dane-tesla 2021-04-28 13:09

Amazing game!I liked the graphics and the gameplay the most, if was fun and challenging to "figure out" each level. As some people mentioned, a menu would be useful but honestly I didn't think about itbefore I read other comments lol. Great entry!

Nice work.

carraka 2021-04-28 17:34

I tried really hard to figure out where the cubes go (after the first level with shooting enemies), and I still can't figure it out. It's a shame ... it looks very polished. Agreed with the other comments about dashing in a different direction than where your mouse is.

Very nice game ! The angle of the camera give a good mood to the game, nice work

Graphics are great! Good use of particles and light/dark contrast. I really enjoyed the environment design as well. Laser sound effect is snappy and satisfying. The theme of going deeper is a bit of table setting without mechanical effect, but that's not a big deal. Moving the boxes was slightly awkward, but I did like that they blocked the lasers, so you had to move, then shield yourself. Maybe if you could grab and release the blocks it would be easier to control. Other than some small critiques, I don't have much else useful to say-- well done!

Good looking fun game. Well done :)

yorsh 2021-05-01 13:44

It looks great (effects are really good)! Combats are fun and dynamic. I'm not a fan of the pushing cubes around mechanics tho. But nice work overall!

lrvstudios 2021-05-02 01:57

I really loved the atmosphere. All the sounds and art style match, and I didn't have any major problems with the mechanics - but sometimes the cube gets stuck when too close to a wall, and the view of the camera that is sometimes blocked by some wall, makes very difficult know what's going on.

Nevertheless, it is a great game! What I liked most were the sounds and the artistic style. It gives a specific atmosphere to the game, which I really liked. Great job!

Cool art ! The level design is well made, with a lot of variety. The gameplay works quite well too, but I think it could be made a bit more dynamic with a few simple changes : I would have put the dash on the right click, to make it more central to the gameplay, and I would have made the dash go in the direction you are moving, not the one you are pointing. I think it could make evasive maneuvers a bit easier. Well done, that's a pretty cool game you've made here !

piscythe 2021-05-14 03:03

None of the individual elements of this game particularly blew me away, but the variety of content offered balances the lack of polish on individual mechanics. I really appreciated the use of optional secret upgrades to encourage exploration. Shooting enemies normally did not feel worth it, but maybe that's just because I missed the shot upgrade. Having dash go toward mouse instead of in the current movement direction felt unituitive to me.

shoc 2021-05-16 07:21

Overall game is cool

But there are some aspects of the game feel that I feel weird, controls are not so exact, camera looks weird in some anglers and there are a few sounds that doesn't feel the proper sound, like enemies death.

Beside all of this, the other things are so good, like VFX, the art mood, the mechanics... Everything else :P

Good game, and good job!
