It seems that there's a problem with your web build, it doesn't load for me. You could try disabling compression in the build settings.
Yeah, bummer about the web build. Love the name of the game!
Also getting an error. Here's the exact message in case it helps:
> Unable to parse Build/gj2.framework.js.br! This can happen if build compression was enabled but web server hosting the content was misconfigured to not serve the file with HTTP Response Header "Content-Encoding: br" present. Check browser Console and Devtools Network tab to debug.
My console is showing that there is an illegal character at the start of `gj2.framework.js.br`.
Shame about the web build! I downloaded the desktop build because I wanted to give this one a shot..
The controls aren't listed anywhere so it took me a while to figure out what to do. And there isn't a way to restart the game when you die :() the hand-drawn shimmering art is nice!!
@jaffy It worked initially, but something went wrong in the build. I'm trying to fix this right now <3
I had issues with the web link, but the download worked. The visuals with the hand-drawn effect and color choice was really cool to watch. The wheel was indeed sharp-looking as advertised, and I thought I could tell that it was spinning faster and faster. I admit I couldn't get very far. Maybe consider moving the wheel slightly left on the screen to allow for a split second more reaction time, or tie it's horizontal position to the speed somehow. I also noticed there were 3 hearts (lives?), but I always seemed to lose all three at once. I liked your game. Thanks for making it.
Unless I slow down constantly, the rocks come too fast and I can't react in time so it's not very interesting for gameplay.
I love the art. Thanks for the game and good luck my dude. GREAT JOB
loved the art ! it made me a bit dizzy while playing though xD its fun to play!
The camera could be a bit lower to give more time to react, but otherwise it was very nice
Nice fun graphics! The game was hard and I died fast, but it was okay because I got not at all insulted by the game over screen :p
It's bad! I was sick of the roughness of the animation but arts are good. +camera very close to player and you can't react to dodge stones.
Art and music good, but that hand drawn feel animation could be a bit slower since I cant see anymore (JK) well rolling down mindlessly and pressing space whenever you touch the ground is satisfying idk y but I liked it! also "how many pp u got" is the ultimate burn 10/10 IGN would recommend
Simple and efficient with variable speed, I love it. But best of all are the graphics which are just as simple but make the games look amazing.
Your graphics is so shaky brrrrrr. How big is your pp in Oss?
@ukra174, Big? U can't describe my pp with word "Big", maybe "Huge" but not "big". *My pp is sthm near 1m*
Liked the graphic style even if it's scribbles!
There's definitely something interesting about the art style, the animations might be a bit to exaggerated, which causes some dizzyness, but good job on making something unique and with potential! About the gameplay, my main issue is related to the fact that the camera barely shows what's in front of us after we jump, which prevents us from making thought-out decisions. So maybe increasing the look-ahead time of the camera would be a good call.
But overall congratz on your game! Hope you enjoyed making it :)
That was freaking awesome. Everything is so cool!.
It's a bit too hard to concentrate on the game with the graphics and such loud music, but overall i love the art style. Concept of the game is pretty easy, also it's cool. Great job!
4ca.JPG Pretty fun, played it a couple times to see how far I could get so I would say it's pretty fun, but I agree with points made earlier about the music
Pretty fun! I like the strategy of judging the jumps + momentum to try skipping over multiple obstacles. Not sure if I like the "MS Paint" art or not. I _think_ I do - it has a certain style to it anyway!
Thank you for your game :) Just few remarks: - The obstacles are difficult to see with speed, maybe another colour more flashy could be great - The speed make hard to control the rolling object, maybe more gravity with speed? Otherwise the hand made graphics is cool ^^ Good job!!
изображение_2021-05-03_183034.png My new Record!
I love the visual style! I think it would have been nice to have more control of the wheel. For example, maybe pressing space when in the air could make the wheel snap back to the ground. That way you could avoid landing on rocks after a jump.
I almost beat your high score but couldn't quite get there! Good work! HighScore.PNG
I think the art style is actually quite interesting, although it is a little distracting, tone down the squiggliness (is that a word?) a little bit?
I also think you could give the player a little more feedback when hitting a enemy or landing, maybe a bit of screenshot or some visual indicator, like briefly flashing the screen red.
The game was otherwise fun, I got around 900m!
I like the color design but some of the art blends in with the actual stuff I'm supposed to look at. I feel out of control most of the time but the concept is there! Good work! I got about 900m!
