Thanks for the comments everybody! We have already started implementing some of these fixes and will upload the build after the rating time is over! The biggest thing missing was our high-score server support on the main menu, which sadly had to be taken out last minute. We also want to improve the shooting accuracy and feedback, as well as adding some sort of dash or slide to make mobility a lot smoother.
Good graphics and art style.. controls felt a bit stiff though, still, good game
The weapons change between room is interesting concept, but I think the game need more feedback when you fire with weapon to increase the mood, and when you hit the ennemy (impact on the body). The accurate of weapons is very strange, combined of the lack of effect, it's difficult to tell if i touch or not. I think that need more adjustement. But for a jam game it's already a good job, just make it better after ! (i tested the HTML5 version and the windows version for ideal performance).
I like the survival concept a lot ! art looks really nice with a hint of that famous VR game. AI could be improved a lot, also the controls feel a little bit off ! but overall nice job for a little game jam :)
Fun game, everything comes together nicely, however I felt the audio was perhaps the weakest area. I enjoyed the gun mechanics a lot although reloading on right click did feel a bit conter intuative at times. Overall though, great job!

Nice shooter game, altough a little stiff. The guns feel like they don't even damage the enemies and their inaccuracy is annoying. I like it, but in my opinion a lot could be improved.

I actually liked this little game. The random guns part was interesting and the game fit the theme perfectly, always turning to the left, but I didn't seem to recover my life or anything. Nice little jam anyway.

My time was 5:32.56! This was a pretty fun game :D for a shooter made in 72hrs you've done a great job!
A fun idea. Mostly well done. I had two complaints. The first was that it was hard to consistently know whether I was going to kill an enemy. I think it was that the weapons weren't very accurate (or they weren't strong and/or had much varying damage), but I'm not positive as there wasn't a ton of feedback on that. That was occasionally frustrating. My other complaint was the lack of an obvious on-screen health indicator. I know you could die, as I did the first time. But I was never sure if I was close to death or not.
Other than that, though, good job. I had fun breaking the loop.

I like the experience of using different types of weapons. It looks like a promising project. Good job.

The idea is okay, and it's okay fun to play. The guns felt a bit too week, and I was never able to get very far. Overall an okay little jam game.

Cool! I have not been able to break the loop yet. Indeed, there is not enough feedback in the game for me, especially info about damage.

4:50! Pretty fun and polished shooter! Nice weapon variety with fun shooting mechanics. Pretty visuals and good audio to go with it. Really like the level design, having all the rooms connect in a loop was a very nice touch. Also like the clutter in the levels (art on the walls ect.), gave it a good sense of place. Could definitey do with even more polishing though. For example, enemies shouldn't spawn ontop of the player. Also some knockback when enemies get shot would be good. And seeing as the enemies are quite tanky, a health bar or damage numbers would be nice.
Really great work for the time it took though!

I like the knockback idea! We also agree on the lack of feedback on-hit. There are particles that spawn with every hit, but having them be the same material as the enemies makes them impossible to see. I might look into numbers instead; I like that idea too

First of all, the game was really polished. The graphics with their reflections and precise texturing, the little details in every room and of course the glowing enemies and their animations. Further Post Processing was used in a good way and I liked the health indikator by using a red vignette. Another nice detail was the integration of the background in the splash screen. It's impressive that the small team managed to make all the weapons with different characteristics. As some comments told already some knockback at the enemies would be cool but I know that this is really difficult while using animations and in a jam probably not worth the time. Great little FPS!

Really fun little shooter! Visuals and audio are pretty damn good. I agree with the other comments that a bit more hit feedback would be great. I found the game to be a little on the hard side, it would've been great to have the option to restart from the room where I died. Overall, I enjoyed this quite a bit, good job!
It's pretty fun! It was a bit hard to see a lot of things - often I had a hard time with finding the door to the next room, I also couldn't really tell when I hit an enemy, and I had no clue how much health I had left until I died. However, I thought it was really cool the first time I made it all the way back to the starting room and saw the bodies of people I'd already taken down! Also, loved the whiteboards, especially the whale. I look forward to seeing your polished post-jam version!
