Cute animations! Would have been fun to be able to play multiple levels (or even build your own levels, as you sometimes can with slot car tracks!). Great presentation and cover art also!

Waouh i love that game. The music is perfect, the graphics are very cute and it's fun !!!! I like the idea of a racing game with only two buttons that work fine ! Really the mood is perfect, good work !
Very cute. The timer lies. It continues for a few seconds after winning and all the others were clearly more than a couple of seconds behind me as I lapped them all.
Alright that was pretty cute. The graphics, music and overall presentation was great and the gameplay has some potential. It kinda reminded me of pocket racers from the Yakuza games.
Your game was way too easy though. At first it was pretty engaging trying to figure out how fast I could go around corners before falling off, but then I realized I just had to let go of the speed just before turning and it would work every time.
Some ideas:
make it so that you can't move through other racers meaning you have to figure out how to get around them by changing track or jumping over them
add more obstacles and different ways to avoid them.
Add a visual indicator of your speed tied to the animation. If you're going so fast that you're about to fall off, make the mouse look like its struggling to stay on the track during the turn.
Good job getting this made in such a small amount of time
This was a cute game! I fell off of the stage at the 90 degree angles a lot though and I couldn't quite figure out how to fix that. must've been too fast? Anyway, good work! I liked this.
Hey I have similar concept to hamster racing in my game! I love the art and this was a really fun game. Nice job!
Cute game!
Very cute! I ended up getting stuck after running through some leaves, but the game looks very nice and the music fits really well!
Quite a lot of characters would have been easy to play as any of them, as in you chose your racer. The game play took a little time to understand at first when you fall of at sharp corners and you're spamming the move button but nothing happens, but it's just because you're not gonna move until the characters stop blinking. The less sharp corner did nothing but just redirect, maybe you could run fast through them but not at full speed for some more variety. Also would have been more re-playable if after each race, the competitors would be stronger, as there was no challenge once you understood the mechanics! The art and music were great and with a some improvements, a real killer game, as it has a good unique concept!
I supose you game will be at good place in fun, because it is FUN. Good game, but average art for me. Overall I like you game, good job.
One last note: I always write down honest review, because everybody need that, not just nice craps with some bullshit, but sometime I will aperceite very good games. So if this review insult you, but use it well :) Anyway every game is counting so :)
That was a lot of fun. Not going to lie, the difficulty would have been bad in a large game meant to be played over and over, as it got pretty easy. But for a quick jam game, it worked out really well. It was tough at first, trying to figure out how to consistently get around curves safely. But by the end, I was flying along and got into a groove. To expand this into a full game, you'd likely need more mechanics to make the difficulty less trivial after getting the hang of it and it probably would have helped if you couldn't just run through the other rodents. But as a jam game, it was great!
Awwww that was so cute :) At the first start, I did not understand the control, but then I figured it out. Nice work!
everything's great! Sometimes I wish there were more sfx but the music more than made up for it
A really streamlined racing experience! Even without steering controls this was really effective for making an exciting race. Like an electric race track. Visuals are A tier, music is A tier, could use some more sound effects, levels, powerups etc but the rodents were cute and this was really well done!
Great art and music, it fits the theme only a little though.
Nice game, congrats!
A small but solid concept that's well executed and also absolutely adorable.
Finished with a time of 1:29:171!
Some gripes: - Sometimes after running into an obstacle I seemed to run into a softlock where I'm unable to speed up at all and need to restart the entire game. This may or may not have to do with holding the up key while in the crashing animation (?) - I'm a dinosaur here and my primary desktop's monitor resolution is....1280x1024. Your game stretches out to my second monitor. Please consider us dinosaurs for your next game. Thank you :)
