Perfect, And pretty fun too. laughed my ass off when it just yeet of an edge after saying cool.
The roads felt like RNG. Maybe there was a pattern to it that I missed. Is it endless, if not I think checkpoints would have been nice.
I cried everytime my little chick dies. Its simple, elegant and quite enjoyable. Nice game!

I loove this game , my favorite so far! Even with the simple art style and mechanics it was so fun to play! I really liked the looks and the simple click technic also the sound is really great! (I can hear the chicken in my mind... packaaack)
Overall it is a really great game with much of potential! I could play this game for hours, trying to get further everytime, got a endscore of 42 and got it really far..

Cute game. I liked the sound effects and the graphics were nicely done. I found it really difficult to guide my little chick past the cars, he didn't seem to always want to listen to me.
@reef Thanks for feedback! As for the chicken, it will follow you closely right after you call it. Then it slowly looses interest so if you need more obedience you need to call it again ;)
A super cute and funny little game. Well done.
Great character animation and very obnoxious little chick, I'm, or it is very good at getting itself killed. I swear it's not me. It might be nice to start it a bit easier, either with slower cars or more zoomed out so that everyone can get going and start to feel invested. Now my chicks all died at less than 10 points, several even at 0 points. The controls were easy enough, though I might have preferred to have the call on something different than left mouse button.
Love the aesthetic - both visual and aural - very cohesive. Not a huge fan of movement and chirping using left mouse button - would have preferred them as separate buttons. But I enjoyed the game and I got to 24 and felt achieved (but also dead)
Got somewhere into the 40's. Died to four lane road. Cute graphics and audio! Ditto having call on a different button. It's very easy to start panic-clicking and have nothing happen.

Cool game, but I often felt that I didn't have any control. The snaking bridges between islands seemed to force you to consume heaps of squawks and there wasn't enough field of view to be able to see and avoid oncoming traffic. The game was otherwise pretty neat, I really love the graphics, with the squawk effect and the text bubbles on the chick. The audio was well done too, though I feel some music could have added to the funny mood of the game. I like the mechanic of calling in your chick, and it was interesting how the chick followed further and further behind you. Overall the game was really good, congrats on an awesome compo entry! :heart:
This game is quite interesting with its call mechanic, but I think further development of it would make it much better. I love the looks of the characters, very nice. Got 18 points.
Hey, such a violent game, I like the death wish this chicken has. Tight mechanics that work, I like the idea, although it is quite stressful :) reaaaaally nice sounds! I only made it to 37!
