the game was pretty quick and bland for my tastes. nothing really stopped me from wandering around and unlocking the citys. maybe have a villian run around and pick up all those droplet things, so you got to race to get to them.

As the game is: your "race" is against time but I probably could've balanced that a bit better.
You are right about the game being currently bland : I think I would have added a highscore and army troops chasing you if I had managed to spend more of my weekend on this. I also had an idea about heritic factions spawning randomly from your convert, that would probably have worked a bit like your vilain idea.
Thank you for playing, your feedback and ideas .
I had fun! Intuitive, figured it out without a tutorial. Nice game!

Nice idea. Well worth expanding on if you get the time. A bit too easy, but maybe I got lucky? Alright. I'll have another go at it ;-)

Nice to see espeak being used for a game! You could have added some robots, given the robotic voice. Otherwise the game is quite short but there are some decisions to make.
Fun little concept, though I think it needs a little somethin somethin. Maybe enemies like JC says, maybe visual followers following you around? Maybe there are enemies that run around trying to convert towns but you can fight them off if you have more followers.
Nice job. Definitely was fun for the few runs I played of it. Could have used perhaps just a little controls panel somewhere because I personally thought it was a mouse game, as many other games of this type are, so it took me a solid minute or two to figure out what I was doing wrong. Perhaps I am just slow? Perhaps.
Fun game! I really tried my best to convert them all, and I succeeded after 3 tries:) But like @JCMonkey said: It's pretty quick and bland. But I still like it!

Cool game, one comment I would have is that it is difficult to read how much strength you have while moving. Maybe have that displayed somewhere else or bigger would help.

@nick-barrash, @cooperjknapp no tutorial or control panel but the Help button gives an explanation and talks about keyboard arrows. However adding more controls and clearer indications probably will be a good idea for next time.
@kidanger last time I used my own voice but espeak makes it so much simpler and faster , however robot voice isn't too great for this game : I was hoping they would have some more human-like voices but I didn't find one.
@cogcomp, @jabdownsmash as usual I had a lot of ideas that I didn't find time to implement. Maybe I'll try to make an expanded edition of this game later on .
@technosander haha I'm glad not everyone succeeds on the first try, you get to see my "You Lose" dialog.
@taffaz good feedback if I improve the game later on I'll definitely take your advice.
Thanks people for having tried it out and your kind comments
looks quite simple, but turns out to be more of a stretegy game - love it :)

Nice job! As other people have said, it's very simple at the moment. The music felt pretty jarring at times, but I think the idea is worth developing further, if you have a chance.

Intuitive game with really fun mechanics. Good job!
Simple and fun but rather easy.
I didn't win when I played but I liked the mechanics and thought this was a good showing for a second jam ever. GG
I think the concept is cool, and it provided a fun challenge! Despite the "Help" button explaining the mechanics and controls, I think it wouldn't hurt to also include that information on this page so people can read it before jumping into a game. Good job!

Thanks @gandalfderwaise, @catomag, @flying-dog-fish, @cheesepencil I'm glad you played and it's always pleasing to get nice comments !
@jcourt yeah the music is a bit better than on my first jam but I should definitely take some time to figure out a way to make better music. I think I'll try to reword this and make it a better version, if I do : music is on the list !
@dan-thompson true a lot of people put that info in their entry page, that kind of information duplication doesn't hurt : I'll keep it in mind for my next jam !
