Wow... This game really is beautiful. I almost find it hard to believe you did this in three days! That said, I did notice the text kept overlapping whenever I unlocked a new memory. I'n not sure if that was intentional or not, but it made it very hard to read. I really like the idea of unlocking new memories by traveling through your brain; it came through in a very gorgeous and fun way!

Really cool concept and well executed. This game is beautiful! Though I dislike the overlapping text, I am not sure if that was intentional

rionisse 2020-04-21 03:02

@kotka @pandapear thank you for your feedback! We will try to fix overlapping. It sure wasn't intentional. There's just not enough time to polish the game.

very nice graphics!. i got out of bounds a couple times trying to find new memories but the concept is really nice.

synystercola 2020-04-21 03:06

Love the concept! Music and graphics were on point! Text was hard to read and it did take me a bit to even figure out what to do. Well done, though!

I really wanted to enjoy this game - it looks lovely, and the combination of pixel art and 3D is stunning - but bugs and technical issues kept getting in the way. The motion blur was annoying, and the mouse sensitivity was way too high for me. I kept doing a 360 when I was trying to just turn around. Additionally, the bloom made it really hard to see the three memories at first, to the point that I thought the game was broken. This could have been fixed if the rooms were just a bit closer together? On that note, it was frustrating walking objects between the three memories, as it took a long time. Which was a shame, because it was a really cool concept, fixing up memories by moving objects between them. But I was never sure which one was meant to go where, which meant I had to walk a long time to test each object. The worst issue was that I clipped through the side wall of the disco more than once, and ended up in an out of bounds area that I couldn't escape, forcing me to quit. That sapped the fun out of it. Thanks for making this game, though, it was a novel idea.

Great Job!

It wasn't my slice of tea in terms of fun, but I was definitely engaged. Twice I somehow got out-of-bounds and had to restart but I doubt anyone else will have that issue (I tend to walk into walls a lot).

The translation was good enough, and honestly having the translation be imperfect *improved* the mood :)

I love the graphics style <3, the overly bright glare definitely contributed to the mood.

The school looks great too:)

Complaints: Bit short. not much "gameplay"

Cool concept. Great work! Both gameplay and graphic was very nice. The fog was a bit to much for my taste, since it made it kinda hard to see the different locations.

rionisse 2020-04-21 04:14

@oscartaylor thank you for very detailed feedback. It appears that somehow mouse sensitivity is different on every machine. We have to look into it.

I love the story, and the graphics are SICK! I love the unique art style as well. I had fun playing your game, just that I'm on my laptop right now, and I had some lag spikes. Other than that, you did really well! I look forward to playing some of your other games soon!

I definitely could see the feel you were going for - very dreamy. It's a neat way to tell a narrative. Given more time to flesh this out, I'd see it being very immersive. It would be interesting if items from an area being brought to another area cased a new detail to appear.

borodaolen 2020-04-21 17:28

2020-04-21_20-24-26.png A good idea. But, there are many details that interfere with playing comfortably. Not adjustable mouse sensitivity. The text is overlaid. Transparent walls and scanty textures. Loved the visual part.

magus77 2020-04-21 19:46

the volumetric lights is awesome, the sound is great and the low poly style pretty! you can warp trough the wall if you walk between the wall and the sofa, and there is no exit menu, had to alt/F4 but it is a great concept!

ruddgasm 2020-04-21 19:46

This game had good atmosphere and I really liked the art style. The simple 3D with black outlines looks great. I played the fixed version and didn't run into any issues that immediately jumped out at me. There wasn't a ton of individual thoughts that popped up but I liked the ones that I saw. Overall great game and good job!.

sharks 2020-04-21 20:40

Is there a specific key I should hit? The game keeps getting stuck on the "Were breaking up Steve she said" part.

Am I missing something here? There is something after this thoughts?

I really liked the concept of this game. The assets are pretty well done and consistent. Music gives the correct mood and the narrative is interesting. Sometimes i couldnt pick the itens anymore. This made me restart the game 3 times. Anyway, its a great game! Good job!

rionisse 2020-04-21 22:45

@welliton sorry for misunderstanding, this is the end of the game. I guess this was obvious what exactly ending means. What these words are.

rionisse 2020-04-21 23:45

@sharks use RMB to skip text to next line.

sharks 2020-04-29 00:31

Wow that was a very awesome experience. Mood was perfect. I didn't particularly notice any bad grammar and was hooked on the narrative. Solid entry.

renrok 2020-05-11 13:58

A bit short, but a nice experience overall.

Didn't read the controls, so got lost in the white at first :D But after I figured them out, understood what I was supposed to do from the get-go.

Solid visual aesthetic, the pixelized textures look great! Music fit well with the visuals, only was a bit loud at times.

Did not encounter any bugs that were mentioned before. Guess you fixed them? Anyway, nice entry!
