I really like these types of games which include puzzle based combinations. A great game with cool vibes

Nice work man. Especially for a first game jam. Keep it up.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out how to combine items. Good work on finishing a game.

nice abd big first game, good job

I love the music and graphics. I could not get the combing of stuff to work. But overall fine little jam game. Well done.

Smooth controls and a consistent aesthetic help tie everything together. Puzzle-like mechanics are always fun!

Great effort!

A fun little game, though I must say the motion blur was really a bit extreme... Soundtrack was great though!

Music is nice and hectic. The combining stuff could use some work, but for a first game you really knocked it out of the park. Great job!

big enviroment, nice, you put lots of work in this

Nice game that captured the frantic mood well. All the objects were super recognizable which made making combinations easier.

a lot of work in this game! good job especially for your first jam!

Great job on doing all the models and everything. For some reason your game started Steam VR which was weird and also the field of view change was a bit nauseating.

Really nice job! Thanks for bringing it by the stream!

Great job for this being your first game jam! Had a fun time with it. The main issues I had were the amount of camera movement and overall floatyness of the controller, which I see that you patched in an updated version, so good job with that. I know that I could combine things to make better things but to me it seemed like most of what I created was already in abundance throughout the level so it felt kind of pointless making those things. Maybe more of the items could create things that aren't already in the level (i.e. the two microscopes combining to the super microscope). I found that the super microscope seemed to keep it alive for a while so I ended up just gathering all the microscopes and only using those. Maybe once you craft two items together it tells you how much life it gives the abomination to encourage players to try to combine more items to find the best combo. Other than that great work and keep making games!

@rhoka Thanks for the feedback! Some items that you craft from the whiteboard do look the same as other items but have different values (only because I ran out of time applying new materials). And I found myself only using the super/best microscope almost all the time as well. At the last second during the compo, I ended up just throwing things around the scene so the layout and abundance of items definitely needs some work. Once again thank you for your detailed feedback and I'm glad you enjoyed playing!

Can't believe it's your first game jam ! :o I really enjoyed this entry. First, the FPS controller is spot on and it feels great and it's rare for a jam game. The graphics are minimalist in a good way, it's eye-candy. At the very beginning i didn't really understood what was going on, as you asked for some critical feedbacks, but once I got it was a really fun puzzle game to play through ! Impressive 48H entry solo work, especially for a first time ! Keep making games :)
