I am very sorry, but I could not play the game. The aspect ratio in the webgl version was off and I could not start a level.

I beat the first level but couldn't get to the next one in the web player. interesting concept
There is a large number of issues here. For me the most annoying is having to restart the game every time I beat or lose a level because the cursor disappears on the menu. I do like how it makes you prioritize targets, but that's about it.
There is something here, but unfortunately this game is not developed enough to be really playable. I played the first 3 levels, after that I did not want to reload the page anymore. Please keep on developing and I hope to see you next jam!
A bit of a generic game. The fire died far too quickly, you had to restart if you wanted to select a level. The best I can say is that the movement and shooting was ok.
The other comments express my thoughts, but it looks like this is your first LD and your first entry. Congratulations on submitting! That is a huge feat itself - you should feel proud :)
There is something wrong with the mouse display. I can only see my mouse at the beginning of the first time, and then I can't choose the level. I can probably guess what you think, but I died inexplicably.
there seems to be an issue with the cursor after the end of a level, i mean i pressed space to get back to the levels menu, but i couldn't choose another. you should look into that. also i think the first level is broken because the enemies count stays at 10 and after i got rid of them nothing happened and i got stuck on the map, having nothing to to bu jump off it (or i guess stay in the fire).
hey - this should get you over 20 ratings! was a bit hard to play - i had to reload every time, but you completed something, which is pretty cool to do all alone. gj! happy if you rate back!
This is actually not bad. You made an interesting mechanic indeed.
This is definitely a good start! The menu and level select is well made which is exactly what you need when being introduced to a new game! The first person controller handles incredibly well and I really like the particle effects! The gameplay is intuitive (I like this sort of game) but needs some work. I feel it needs some more mechanics to spice it up, and each level could have a different layout. Some new graphics would be advisory too. You felt like you were shooting, and you could tell when an enemy was hit and destroyed, but some more player feedback (like them falling over, or some screenshake) would be nice. A health bar for the fire and more health would enable the game to be more fun. As others have noted the issue with the cursor when re-entering the level select screen. To fix this, I think you just need to add a line of code on the loading of the level select screen that says to show the mouse, and unlock it from the centre of the screen. But you've done a good job for a jam, just more work/time is needed to really get more of a game going. I played it and had a bit of fun! You've done quite well so well done! Good work and all the best with getting to 20 ratings (you're so close)!
Good job. The idea of a fps where you protect something instead of yourself is not new but fits to the theme. You couldn't complete your idea but at least you have a semi functional game here, and that's already a big achievement. There are a lot of bugs but other people already mentioned the ones I experienced. Thanks for the game!
Congrats on finishing the game in jam time! For a first time in a jam and alone, that is a cool achievement!
It is sadly very buggy and that makes it practically impossible to play consistently, so impossible to get a full impression of the game. I met some strange behavior, for example: - When you press SPACE to restart, the mouse cursor disappears, making you unable to choose a Level. Only reloading the page works. - You can get a Game Over screen for no reason really. Enemies stop spawning, nobody is around and suddenly puff "game over". - Enemies just tend to stop coming altogether sometimes. I made a screenshot: 10 enemies left on a counter and I'm just standing there with my fire in an empty room. After about a minute I stopped waiting.

I found a car breaking sound a strange choice for an audio here. You may also think of developing the theme of defending the fire (cause at the moment it could be just anything there). Like maybe some enemies drop logs that you need to throw into the fire. Maybe some enemies come with water guns or threaten to piss on your fire  You know, something to make the fact that it is a fire actually matter.
Pretty much as above... I found it pretty buggy and not too easy to control. It wasn't bad, but needs a lot of polish. Also, quite jarring how the collision between enemy and fire results in immediate gameover screen and no other feedback to let you know what's happened - especially when you're not actually facing the fire! Keep at it.
Noiceeeee.
When you finish level 1 it does not pass a level and when you exit it does not allow you to enter level 2 only you refresh the page it enters individual by level.
I struggled with death, or the UI afterwards, as my cursor didn't come back, so had to F5.
Some spacial sound would be good - so you could hear which direction the enemy was coming from, they kinda just jump out at you without any.
