@nachtwitch Thank you! :smile:
I really liked the login screen. Very nice touches. Great mood and overall aesthetic.
Mission success. Nice work with the balance! i seriously didn't think i was going to make it, but i barely succeeded.
Good start!
The problem is that this is just an unfinished project
@lomt1k Thank you for playing! Yeah, I would have liked to do so much if I had the time. The final gameplay does not really resemble what I had in mind. The actual win/lose mechanic was not implementented until 1-2 hours before deadline, and I had to scrap a couple of features that were almost finished. Stil, I'm happy with how it turned out after just 48 hours!
The password box at the beginning made my password manager prompt me to save it :D :D :D
Your directions say "The closer you get, the smaller the indicator will get." What indicator? I don't see anything changing in size. I found water once in three games, I have no idea how I found it or what I'm supposed to be looking at.
@ogre That's great! :D Did you press spacebar to initiate a scan? Several purple pings or "location indicators" will show up. The locations you are searching for are somewhere inside the purple circles. The closer you are to the location, the smaller the circle will be. I'm sorry for the confusing instructions, I have updated them now!
Cool idea! Took a second to figure out. I found myself watching the oxygen bar intensely as I ran for the last node. On earlier ones I started running around inside the purple zone instead of pinging more just in case I ran out of electricity. Would be nice to see more added to this! :v:
Fantastic concept! I would love to see this as a full game.
Take some time to understand how it works. Nice sound design but way to few things to do... Whould have been nice with more persons on the project. Keep on coding !
Great UI usage, totally loved it, especially the fact that my browser gave me an option to remember the login/password info. I wish there was at least a "press space to scan" hint somewhere in-game, so that I don't have to find out the main mechanic from the game page. I also was hoping for some kind of resource management with getting more electricity and oxygen during the game. Great job putting this together in two days!
feels so good, love the ui and art super neat and clean, gg !
I like the scan effect, how it bounces around. And how there's a real photography that pops up when you reach a resource. Also on screen quest checklist fits well in a game jam, haven't seen that one in a game jam game before.
I'm not sure what to add to expand the gameplay for a longer experience, but it feels clear and concise in the time it takes to play.
Mission successful~ I love the idea how one had to log in to play.
Short and sweet. I liked the sleek interface, very modern-looking.
I really like the UI here, feels really clean, but some of the transitions kind of break the flow of the game, and when using the "radar" button the game would freeze momentarily every time. The time limit with the oxygen was pretty difficult to work with when the astronaut only moves so quickly and some of the resources can be far apart, so that was a bit annoying since it felt like depending on how things spawned some levels were impossible. Other than that thought the core gameplay was actually pretty good, and I liked it, nice work!
Great game! Was challenging, but kept me hooked! Would love to see this be more developed as I can see it being a great game! Brilliant idea of having a unique save system for every player, haven't seen that in any other submission so far, wonderful job!
Pretty cool - with some epic 3d/isometric style graphics / spaceman guy/ rover this'd be cool. The mechanic of the fuzzyness of the scan was cool. I kept running out of oxygen though. :map:
