The visual is so beautiful! Impressive work.

Wow, beautiful work! I loved the world, in one image you've created a more interesting world then most games. I liked the music too! Great mood setting. One thing that could be improved is polishing the story and writing a bit more, though I enjoyed the vagueness of it. Also graphically, it would help to make the scene less static, like maybe break it out into a couple parallax layers with alpha.

It's beautiful! Everything comes together in a sober poetic universe. Very good work!

tinysalad 2019-04-29 16:21

Beautiful art and music.

Build size is huge! No way this is 116MB. I'd look into building your game into an python executable rather than with an entire python library.

Very pretty backdrop.

The game softlocked after seeing the sun or something? I'm not sure if it was supposed to end there...

really nice work ! i love the graphic and the mood

This is super pretty, I like your art style and your choice of colours a lot. I can't really say that I understood your narrative but it was a beautiful experience still. It's quite impressive that you wrote it all in python, seemingly without an engine. Respect!

Art style and choice of colors is spot on. Very visually pleasing. Keep up the good work!

beautiful

Amazing art and sound however, because of that the gameplay was lacking and there were many bugs.

jjjjason 2019-05-12 04:56

Hmm, I want to interpret all four characters just being the MC at different points of wrestling with accepting the end of the world.

Really rather lovely. Not just the art (which is fantastic), but the music too. This one's gotta be one of my favorites this LD, I just love those super wet synths.

Great hidden gem! I really hope you will get enough rating because this is soo good! The mood is great, I loved the music and the painted art. The character move smoothly and the entire concept is original and engaged me immediately. The white dot is genius and self explanatory. Great experience and entry!

Lovely artwork, and overall very atmospheric. I just wish there was more to do!

I can't play this game on my windows 10 computer.

amour-du-pain 2019-05-17 17:11

Can't play the game either. Would love to as the visuals looks awesome.

@jk5000 @amour-du-pain Did you get any error messages? Make sure you extract the folder before running run.bat

jk5000 2019-05-17 17:39

@pokepetter The folder was extracted and I did not get a error message.

That was a beautiful thing you created in 48 hours. I really like the music and how it works with the art you have made. The gameplay is pretty simple but you can see the seed of a game here, since it kind of grabs you with it's atmosphere. I'm very impressed, nice job!

franklins-ghost 2019-05-19 07:35

Liked the unique artstyle of this game, thought it made it stand out from other entries and memorable. Wish the game was a bit longer as I got up to the sun like thing and it seemed to be the end. Was interested in finding out more of the story and what was going on. The music also worked really well with the art and story to set a calming somber atmosphere. Enjoyed this entry, nice job.

Hello, good work here. I try to play it on linux but when I lunch the game, I have this error message :

File "/usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/ursina/window.py", line 10, in from ursina.thirdparty.screeninfo import get_monitors ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ursina.thirdparty'

I follow installation on the repo. Any idea ? rgds

Beautiful work! I am an indie dev/writer, but first and foremost I work as an actor/voice actor and do voice direction and casting as well. If you're interested in having voice be a part of your project, please get in touch. You can listen to my demo reel here.
