oh the mood is nice! it has a kinda creepy and tense atmosphere ... the art reminds me a bit about a game that you have to build a prison ... forgot the name though

I really like this game, the graphics are nice too. I wish the police AI would allow the player to escape better and hide from them. But otherwise great!
Pretty fun!
Love the mood and gameplay. This was a lot of fun. Since it seems like the map is randomly generated some times it is really easy and other times there are so many cops it is quite difficult. Still was quite enjoyable.
Quite fun! It seems a bit unmanagable sometimes though.
Had a lot of fun waylaying cops around the corner to take care of, then running in the other part of the town and stroll like an ordinary dude just to surprise again a lone cop in the dark :D hahah 377 points best
The atmosphere of this game was so good! I loved the sounds, I loved the graphics, everything. Really nice game! I just want to point out a little bug that the police officers kill each other if they stand in the route of a bullet :D
@tamail Thanks for the reply. We realised the bug was present quite early, but agreed that it was quite funny and decided not to fix it. They will also shoot at citizens if they are in the way :)
really cool idea, the creepy theme fits well the game, good job !
ROUND :clap: OF :clap: APPLAUSE :clap:! Map design: incredible. Music: well suited to gameplay and not obnoxious. Sound design: fitting and surprisingly creepy? Gameplay: extremely fun with the maze-like map and the risk-reward of sucking peoples blood. The games mechanics are simple to understand, and it is easy and intuitive to strategize. Could you put up a link for download so I could download it and have it to play whenever :laughing:, it feels like all the best games are web-only. Excellent entry, 9/10 in my opinion.
The only thing I would change, maybe, would be the life meter and effect after you've sucked a persons blood. It would be cool to see the color drain from them and/or watch the tumble to the ground. It would make it feel like you were much more of a criminal, and that the police were chasing you for good reason.
Also, legitamately, the more I play, the more I fall in love with this game. Please please please put up a download link.
It's a fun game, and i liked the idea, but
- The acceleration and deceleration on the character movement feels weird, you just tap once to move and your character will slide.
- The fact that the cops just run to your location when you attack someone dosen't feel right, it would be better if they had a view range, and the people around you could scream, this way you would have to manage to attack people only when they are alone, and also would have to keep a look out for anyone approching, or they would scream and attract the cops nearby.
The gameplay is fun and the graphics are really nice, it was just a bit confusing to figure out when I was safe to attack.
Challenging but fun game! I like having to juggle collecting enough blood to upgrade with being stealthy and avoiding the cops. Their view range does seem to be rather large though, I usually can't even see them yet they know when I attack someone. It would probably help if there was some indicator of whether certain cops are after you or not. Still though, nice execution of the theme!
@jackson-makes-games Thank you so much for your review! Glad to hear that you enjoy the game, this is why I make games :) I've added a download for windows.
@mads Thank you so much!
Good job on the atmosphere and AI design! I found the idea of blood as currency was well implemented here! Good job!
