Tying motivational stuff is a really interesting idea, and I also think the food choice is clever (though maybe the long one could be a little less long!) I did notice some problems with key capture, where it would miss keypresses sometimes. Also, no idea how to increase motivation...

@radical-dog Motivation is increased when drawing, the higher your combo the more it goes up. But the only "feedback" for that is the arrow on the side which isnt enough as it seems. Thank you for the feedback and your kind words!!!

like this kind of game. Great Work!
I realy like those games based on keyboard, the more you play, faster you are and the more you enjoy playing. The music works pretty well, this made the game not frustrating.
Some hints, things to improve if you want to continue this one (Maybe those are problems for me and not for the other players):
The difference between the N and the H is not clear and its a bit to long to understand that when you did a draw combo that can fill the main bar, all the words can now fill the bar (I did many time at the start a word combo and a switch to EAT or SLEEP after this instead of continue typing words in the DRAW category).

Nice idea! The food tab offers a particularly interesting choice. I like the mood of your game :) A point or two to improve would be making clearer what's the result of your actions and also fixing a bug on typing error due to keypresses not being recorded. Except from those two, this is really great, good job!
I was confused at the start, but then I got told that it is a typing game. Great game overall, the WebGL version couldn't handle my speed but the .exe version was much better and playable!

I didn't really understand the sleep mechanic though. but I liked the blinking! :smile: Maybe you should add a rub your eyes effect as well xD

a great idea I like him. unfortunately I had problems because I did't know how to start. in the game I also had a lot of problems because i don't write too fast and I lost. anyway this game gave me a lot of fun and it was an interesting experience. great job :)

@carbonara yes switching is bad. That was meant to make you sacrifice your health to keep on drawing. Something that a lot of hard working people do. Thanks for all the points you made I agree on all of them.

@hugonun your a monster when it comes to typing arent you? :D Generally chrome is bad for WEBGL did you use it? Firefox and Edge perform better (a lot)

That was cool ! Typing game are not that common, so it feel refreshing.
The graphics and sounds are nice,and I found the difficulty well balanced.
So, a nice little game !
Really fun. Like others I had trouble starting. But once I got that I had a blast. I'm not the best typist and I was able to do decently well so it is great even for those of use with stupid fingers. Also, how can you not love a game that uses the word "Motif"
I loved this. The whole game mechanics worked really well and the whole game felt balanced nicely and like a complete package. Great job!
Really really fun in concept(I love the art and sound!!), but the missed keypresses really put a damper on things :(
EDIT: I downloaded the desktop version and beat it immediately lol, no keypress bug in sight. Great game! :D 5 stars regardless!

Nice work. A very complete and polished game in a short time. Clever take on the theme. Was I imagining it or were the words and phrases more negative if you got too sleepy?
@fizzhog Thank you for your kind words and thank you even more for noticing! Yes the words got more negative when becoming sleepy. But actually its only the sleep words that do that. The others would have been nice, but we didnt had the time for that.
