Very simple and well themed game. Everything could be a little faster, it take a while for the game to pick-up. FYI the offline version does not work, it just shutdowns immediately for me (no log to be found).

@listonos Strange, I'll have a look into that.

Simple and functional game. I had to play a little to understand the idea of the theme in your game. Honestly, I thought you made the least viable product, it's all there! Congratulations! You've been to the end !!! See my game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/42/nodelaya-wings

Simple, but it works! One thing however is that I feel the play field is a bit large for the pacing of the game. It takes a while for it to reach a point where you have to really avoid the trash.

Nice job! Although movement could be a bit faster.

Scored 39500, fun little game! When I started my ship randomly spun in circles even when I wasn't holding down anything, and occasionally it was move forward on it's own later in the run, or stop moving while I had the 'w' key held down. Just a couple minor quirks! I wish the pace was a little fast, and maybe the debris piles bigger/smaller play area to really hammer in the 'running out of space' theme! All in all good job!

High Score

Nice game! I didn't understand that you could be killed by your own lasers and got a few game overs without understanding why... I'd suggest adding a note somewhere or making the cause of your death clearer in game.

Nice twist to the original game! I like how it fits with the theme! Is the game using your custom engine? Keep up the good work!

@stefan-jovanovic Nah, I was lazy with this one and used Godot.

Neat idea. Controls felt abit sluggish, but has alot of potential. Keep at it!

ely-shaffir 2018-08-20 17:41

Nice game, controls are a bit buggy but overall pretty good.

commanderstitch 2018-08-22 03:31

Interesting. I had no idea you could kill yourself. xD

the-icy-one 2018-08-24 05:53

@commanderstitch Something about that statement is absolutely hilarious to me.

Well, I was randomly dying, but I managed to appreciate the idea anyway! We had the same one but it didn't make into our shortlist. Inspite of great idea, the realization is poor :( The game lacks juice and pace. It's too slow and controls doesn't feel good.

Hello ! There's a few things I'd want to see improved about this game, for example more tutorial elements (I died trying to pick up the red thingy ennemies left behind, believing it was a powerup...), faster gameplay, smoother control... All of this made it tedious at first, but once I got a hand at it I had fun !

There is a good balance between gameplay, graphics and sound design for such a small amount of time. Good job !

ratstail91 2018-08-31 06:52

It's janky - every time I kill something, my ship moves forward.

bradur 2018-09-01 06:07

Quite a simple game. Even though the gameplay is very slow and relaxed, the debris catches up to you real quick!
