Huh, that was really interesting. It reminded me of a game I played some as a kid, in which you didn't quite build a dungeon but it was revealed in a way that felt similar. It's small, but I like it!
Nice idea for a game! I didn't understand at first how the move mechanic worked, but once I got the hang of it, it was fun!
Interesting concept would of liked some instructions found myself just placing stuff not knowing what to do for a while, but i could see a neat little game being built using this idea.
This was surprisingly fun! I enjoyed building the dungeon and watching my guy expire it. I would love to see this expanded, maybe force the player to put down some traps and stronger enemies.
A very clever idea and you implemented it very well. The animations were so cute and the overall experience was so much fun. Congratulations!
Nice idea! You should try to implement more mechanics that give the player more objectives as now the only thing you need to do is build a path to the goal. Good effort none the less!
Overall, the game is a nice idea. This concept of level building is very interesting. What I missed was a small tutorial or even a description with a short manual. Maybe just on this LD page. That would helped a lot. Also I didn't get used to the right panel. I always placed these goblins on islands so they never attacked the knight.
The dungeon building was really awesome! Could use some more depth to it. Right now there seems to be no real point in dropping in goblins except for the fun :D
Cool game! I had a lot of fun playing it, and wish it wasn't so short ;) Well done!
