The aesthetics and overall ambience is very nice. When it comes to attacking, I didn't know if I needed to press the key repeatedly or just once. Also, does it mean I lost the fight if the person talks to me afterwards?

Overall, really nice game here. I enjoyed it.

angelbait 2018-04-24 01:24

The footsteps sound effect scared the CRAP out of me! I couldent get past the second encounter however due to dying each time. The "You died" graphic was on my screen in both encounters. Thank you for your game!

dizzy 2018-04-24 01:48

I really like your game mood and the graphics, nice work!

codekoto 2018-04-24 04:03

Thank you for all of your feedback! It is very important to us! We are aware of the "You died" part and we're trying to fix it, but we can't even replicate it(seems to be randmon ;/).

codekoto 2018-04-24 08:52

We have currently encountered a bug and are going to fix it!

steffo 2018-04-24 13:03

The ambience and the sound of this game are pretty good! Sadly, I can't comment on the rest of the game, because the encounters have some kind of bug where the outcome is predetermined and ignores all keyboard presses.

anion-z 2018-04-24 13:35

Hmm... we encountered that bug just right before publishing, usually its gone after reopening the game, but it seems to be random and hard to replicate (nothing like that in editor) thank you for feedback however!!!

The sound effects and overall ambiance is quite amazing. The little story bits are great too, but some kind of goal would have been nice. The combat is not exactly my kind of gameplay. It seems to be bugged too, even if I hit the correct buttons it subtracted points. Nice job with the graphics as a whole, my only problem is with the combat system, it could have been a bit more engaging.

anion-z 2018-04-29 21:28

Yeah, we nearly finished the story part and will soon add more characters and so, in combat it would be number of hits rather than hit/not hit and it may seem bit bagged, because time finishes just a moment before the bar...

codekoto 2018-04-29 21:30

Yesm, poeple are being confused about the combat it seems, i think we need to emphasize the fact that you need to attack or not attack depending on moral choices.(such as killing basketballer).

szabe 2018-04-29 21:37

@CodeKoto wow... this aspect of the game was totally lost on me. I was under the impression we need to attack all. Perhaps the setting is the reason for this, a less scary setting might reinforce the moral choice system better.

paul-avallone 2018-04-29 23:40

I like the idea of the game a lot. It was funny running into the duck and him asking if I had any grapes. What a throwback. I think if you expand upon the game maybe there should be some sort of destination or task besides walking back and forth waiting for someone to pop out. I liked the creepy sound effects and the art of the slow motion moments a lot. Good Job.

dovakla 2018-04-30 00:05

This is an interesting concept. I like all the dialogue and character designs a lot! I wish there was more to do beyond just walking back and forth waiting for encounters. Making it so that there's a goal you have to reach towards the right would make it more engaging.

Good job!

caleblewis 2018-04-30 00:41

The audio was really well done. The gameplay felt a bit slow/boring since it's basically just "wait, decide whether or not to press button, go through dialogue, wait again" so you could definitely improve a bit there.

codekoto 2018-04-30 07:59

@szabe Well i know it doesn't suit the choices, however this just reflects the person that playes the game.Such as being able to choose between kiiling or not killing a person that you're scared of.

codekoto 2018-04-30 08:02

@CalebLewis Speaking of combat gameplay combat, we're planning on changing it in near future. So stay tuned! and check on the game later (we're also going to add more characters and some story adjustments.)

anion-z 2018-05-01 03:01

@CodeKoto: 1. Walls added 2. Ephasizes on the moral choice 3. Some little bug fixes (not all) 4. Easter egg in the end. (and tree removed)

Next to come: 1. More dynamic combat (enemies-only) 2. Improve char. stories 3. New char. stories 4. 3-4 Characters 5. Different backgrounds 6. Fix some little bugs 7. Adjust android version 8. Publish android build

lemonbalmgames 2018-05-02 07:59

Interesting game. I like the mood and the graphics. The gameplay has some issues but I can see that you're trying to address them. Overall, a very promising first LD entry. Good job!

Hi! Cool game, I think there are cool ideas but the objective is unclear to me as you're walking in the cavern. The cool thing is the "enemy" pop, you've to think about the character you encounter before doing the slashing action. I firstly killed my basketball mate :/. The scoring is also an interesting part in this game. After I understood this I travelled back and forth to make characters pop and that was a bit awkward in my opinion.

luciax 2018-05-02 12:52

The graphic style and sound effect fit so well, I really enjoy that atmosphere and the dialogs!! And just as others mentioned, the only problem may be it's passive to only wait for encounter.

tamara188 2018-05-12 22:21

Yay. I was able to get my jacket. Not sure how the moving around helped me. The footsteps were awesome.

diptoman 2018-05-14 02:05

I didn't like the waiting for encounter parts (even with the SFX telling you that it's coming) - because it's taking agency away from the player. But otherwise, nice mood, good use of sounds - well done.

Hello everyone! We all deeply value and appreciate your feedback and all the votes you've done to evaluate our game.

As much as we loved to make this game, we are also enlightened about our mistakes and features that we could have done better, without you this wouldn't happen of course.

But hey, that's not our only game and we're also in WIP for another game, for now however, i can just say the name, no more no less. Sadly though i cant give you ETC, and in fact we may publish some other games before that.

With that said, have a nice day everyone and have fun with your games.

Your's truly, Infinia Entertainment.
