Really nice relaxing game to have a go at solitaire, love the way it's just so open and it's left to you to play correctly.
As for critique, the cards bounce around when resting on each other but I think they may just be a bug from Unity and the vase/tea cup seem to be 2D/Odd collisions.
Apart from that really nice, love the piano track in the back!
I have no idea how to play Solitaire, but messing up a deck of cards is alwawys fun. Great work
@InventorOfStuff Yes, the weirdness with the props is that the cards are drawn in a separate pass to keep them from constantly intersecting the table. Given more time I'd like to solve that more thoroughly (requires more sophisticated passes and probably some custom shadow mapping code). Thank you so much for playing!
Perfect.

A nice humors little game. I tryed my best to complete a game  screen.png It was just too messy and the cards where bouncing around to much. Some really nice modeling, liked the calm background music, while i get frustrated over the cards not being properly placed XD Fits this theme perfectly!

Brilliant! I was so naive that even expected the cards would be flipped automatically for me...
Love the tweaking of light settings and materials! It just look wonderful!
I liked your game and art, can you evaluate mine?

Very original idea and very nice execution ! This game is also very funny !
One of the best I've tried so far. It's very fun even without 'gaming mechanics' and playing around with the physics is great. Very good execution and a great idea!
ummmm that's really challenging to finish the game but the "process" is really fun🤣🤣🤣 If I can interact with the other object like the cup, that'll be awesome!
@GoldRanger I agree about interacting with other objects, and it's something I really wanted to be able to include. At one point I had the spoon be something you could pick up. In the end, the code for picking up and manipulating objects, and the code for making something a card that could be shuffled and dealt were too interconnected.

https://i.gyazo.com/19dfb2b68d33bf4100325629fc51ffce.png I guess it's a somewhat success. 2 As from the start helps a lot. I did mess up the draw :/ Nice mood!
Wow, I love this atmosphere! I like the idea and the way it made me relax in an instant. Well done!
Totally awesome. I love it. This is the best game I've played so far.
It just needs some card SFX.

Very nice graphics, idea and controller. For me his game would be perfect if it had win/lose condition check :)

Haha, it is so hard no to wreck your cards! ^^
Fun idea! Very simple but it works. I wished you could play with the teacup as well :p Congrats overall, very fun game to play! :)

This is absolutely genius! Love how just adding physics to game of solitaire makes it ridiculous and playing interesting. My cards were possessed, they kept moving by themselves;) Humor comes from just physics working in a weird way. Visuals are relaxing and beautiful. Good job creating all the cards, especially J, Q and K in such a complicated style. I might have gone for the more modern aesthetic, just for cutting down workload. Instead of music, or besides it, you could have used some ambience, maybe there is window open and you hear birds singing. Maybe I am sitting in a cafe and hear people chatting in background.. Also it could have been even more ridiculous if you could interact with other objects on the table. Knock down the cup of tea by throwing cards at it etc.

A very simple concept, but a funny execution! The game could do with some more things to interact with, like the teacup on the table. I also would've liked the cards to rotate quicker. Safe to say, I was unable to finish a single game :P
Good job!
I decided to do a quick and suuuper dirty VR port of this using a physics interaction system I coded for a different jam, didn't turn out so great because it doesn't play very well with the thin and light cards...

@shadowbrain that is wild! Thank you for sharing! :D
