Love all the cute bugs! Really enjoyed playing this, but still wondering if there is some way to "win"? Also, really wish the protagonist could walk faster, but the game made up for it by having awesome music! I really enjoyed all of the bugs names and the unique buildings they could make.
Awesome work and thanks for sharing this with the world!

The graphics are really good, and the music is outstanding. One of the best background music I have listened in this Ludum Dare.

Awesome game that has crafting (inventory/storage) and management aspects to it along with progression to new areas and better items.
Dude, these graphics are gorgeous. I love the limited color palette you chose on the scenery. Unfortunately, I'm not super into animal crossing style games, however, from an outside unbiased perspective, I thought it was really well executed!

this is a interesting game. i like the graphics.
Damn, what a complicated game you have made in such a short period of time! The sound effects and music are great, sprites are beautiful and the gameplay is just brilliant! Haven't expected such a variety of different types of characters, buildings and resources. Great job. It's really sad, that this game got so little attention so far.

Adorable little resource game with bugs, though I don't understand how it relates to the theme, it seems the more you have the better it is but maybe I'm playing it wrong. The music is adorable the graphics are adorable and it's just adorable. Although I started thinking myself of dictator of these bug people but maybe that's what I do.
Moody music and super cute pixel art. I was too bad to figure out how to biuld stuff but there must be a lot of things to explore. At least i gave my friends some food :-) good work

Wow that's an impressive game! I'm being honest, I clicked because of the cute pixel art, but stayed for the game for sure :D Music is relaxing too. I didn't get how to craft things there tho: you put them in the slots and then what? That's the part that could use some pointers.
So cool graphics and music. Very moody. Reminded me of Kingdom.

This game is adorable! The graphics are probably the best I've seen out of this jam so far. The only complaints I have are that the controls feel really wonky, and the game is a little slow and there's no tutorial to help you figure out what you need to do. Otherwise, it's pretty impressive that you got all this together in 72 hours! Great job!
The gameplay was a bit hard to figure out, but still fun nonetheless. What really shines here however are the amazing graphics and music, great job!

Unfinished art as far as the eye can see! Totally forgivable for the amount of content however. Extremely cute and heartwarming, but I wish we could do stuff faster, the pacing is pretty slow in general. Having to move back and forth across the map multiple time to move people around, feed em, etc. got old really quickly. Would be better if you could
1. Make multiple people follow you (ability to interact with multiple actors at once, starts with 1 max and goes up progressively as you play?) 2. Get running shoes early on or something that lets you move faster... Roller blades or a bicycle would be cooler. 3. More ways to get food, or more ingredients at least to create soups. 4. Smarter AIs, although it's fair considering it was made during a game jam.
Music was very serene and a big part in setting the gentle mood of gathering cute insects to interact together and be happy.

The artstyle was incredible, and music too. I like the idea and easy gameplay. Textbook game for a LD competition. Nice work! :)

Wow, I played that a lot longer than I intended. Really great work. I would like to have separate buttons for interacting and telling a bug to follow.
Really cute little simulation; The art style and the music work so well together~ I like the minimalist feel for the UI, but a couple of tool-tips might have helped explained a few of the mechanics. Either way, very impressive for a jam game~
