Very fun game, I't get's hard around the 4th level but I managed to win it :D
This was very well executed. The mood is perfect for the concept, setting a really effective dark tone which I found to help concentration on keeping the correct lights on. I do feel as though the game becomes very difficult very quickly, but that may just be me as I only got to the fourth level.
Good idea and very great mood ! The ways to show which lightpost is selected with the intensity of the light, or the risk of power failure with the sound and blinks are very nice. But from the level 4, it's become too difficult too handle all the lightposts and citizens. Also, it will be great to make the rotatable lightposts easily recognizable.
Great execution on the mechanics, difficult but not frustrating. Atmosphere was great as well.
Interesting concept and very well executed
This game has a really great mood, and I'm digging the graphics. The menus were kind of ugly in all honesty, but that doesn't matter when compared with everything else. I feel like the gameplay should have been a bit more reactive, but it was still really good. Looking forwards to your ludum dare entry next time!
A really great feel and art style. The electricity sound effects are perfect they really add to the feel.
Really digging the art style, the game also fits well into the theme. Great work!
really cool idea! At first, I didn't see the "rotatable" in "A and D rotates rotatable lightposts." I try hard in first level and thinking why I can't rotate them haha Then know in next level not every one can be rotate. Then I have fun in it! Thanks for your game!
Really good. The art style is really nice and adjusted to the theme. The lamp switching mechanics and the sounds capture the attention of the player.
Good but hard to play. I could make to level 3. Sometimes I couldn't find the light I was controlling. maybe you need to add some good UI to make the confusion less. I think the game would feel really good on mobile devices.
Cool atmosphere, a bit difficult. I had some difficulty activating the lights sometimes, it felt like it wasn't registering my presses. I think this may have been a side effect of my virtualization environment however, sometimes it drops input.
Been looking for a unique game like this. This is different and special and fits nicely in with the theme. Good job.
Well, this was a bit different. I particularly liked the simple, effective, monochrome art style, the sounds were appropriately menacing, and the core mechanic of the game was original. I would have like it to be a bit more obvious which light I was controlling at any one time, but all in all this was a fantastically original take on the theme that was well executed.
Cool game. Moody artstyle, it even had a narrative!
For me in peticular was sometimes hard to know which lamp you were currently controlling.
I think using the same key as a Toggle instead of one key to be ON and another to be OFF would make for a slightly better experience.
Great art style and narrative. Really well done, but controls need to be better explained. Even while playing I kept alt tabbing back to the instructions to try and figure it out.
I like the style, very atmospheric :) I had a bit of trouble with the controls, but that's probably just me being bad. Good job!
Wonderful style, and a really creative and original concept and theme. I think it would be a bit easier if there was some kind of clearer visual indicator as to which light post you are currently controlling like a red arrow above or something. I found myself scrambling to get to specific light posts and not knowing where I was at some points while I was playing. And some music would have really set the tone and mood for the game as well, but all in all this is a really great entry! Kudos!
Such a simple idea perfectly executed, loved the art in this and how minimalist it was but how much it was able to get across. The control of the lights worked so well and was a challenge at times to manage which really emphasised the story.
