Impressive work for 48 hours, you did a really great job. Great core gameplay mechanic of the world getting smaller if you are hit. Hope you work on this more after the competition, I would love to see this developed, especially with multiplayer support.

Cool game, nice graphics/animations and sfx. I like how unique it is, but the combat is a bit too hard (getting the correct position to hit the enemies). Good job

Nice transition animations, very juicy. I think I encountered a bug when all enemies fall off the platform nothing happens and you get stuck on that level.

Is there keyboard support? I only found that R restarts.

This was a great entry! It would be great to provide some control help, I was pressing random keys until I found Z punches and Space jumps. The graphics are awesome (great animations!), the gameplay is fun. It was a bit hard for me but the concept was excellent. I could easily see this turned into a couch co-op game! Great work!

Very cool game! Loved character design and animation. Fun and challenging to play. The initial sequence when he punches away the logo is really nice.

All 5 stars! Never play a game like this! Super unique and fun!~

For some reason I couldn't get the keyboard to work, but playing with a gamepad is even more fun! The game is great and controls super nicely which is amplified by buttery smooth animations. Really impressed by the quality of work you were able to put out in such a short time period. I am also very much in love with the color palette.

Really cool pixel art and animation. Love it!

The thing that majorly irked me about this is that when you get hit, and flash (which generally in games gives you an invicibility state), you instead cannot move, which (especially against gel monsters) puts you in a position to get hit like 3 times in a row without being able to actually input or do anything about it, which just means like.. it's the game's fault and not my fault.

Looks great, great for theme, sounds.. I mean.. procedural, lol. It's definitely cool but it feels like it could've done with someone else playtesting it for a bit, I think with some very small changes this could be super cool.

I completely agree with @alexrose!

But I also have to add that I found it somewhat hard to properly aim at enemies. When I run diagonally at them and press `attack`, I expect the character to hit toward where I'm running (i.e., diagonally). However, since it only punches sideways, I usually miss and get quite confused about it.

sgadrat 2017-05-17 07:47

That was cool to play. Maybe except that it was hard to aim/dodge properly, certainly due to the lack of depth which does not help see exactly where characters stand.

moonleaf 2017-05-17 08:48

Cool game but a bit too tough and punishing.

paperclipbadger 2017-05-17 09:21

I was fighting a skeleton and the game crashed with:

I'm surprised this is still in the danger list. I'm sure it will get highly voted when people find it. Maybe add a cover image to help.

fangzhangmnm 2017-05-17 12:23

I gave you a all-five-star rating. It's a very professional game. The idea of changing scene is very cool and clever.
