I quite liked the game. It was pretty fun. I did find it annoying how I couldn't see any health or something like that. Also when the second phase began, my screen went black and then the first phase kept playing over and over making the game unplayable from that point.

I like that the controls are kept quite simple. However, I find that control feedback (by anymation or sound etc.) is just as important. For example, I didn't really realize I was being hurt when the enemies swung their swords at me at first, and there's no "health bar", so I was quite confused when I was sent back to the tutorial without a warning. After a little practice, one can master the art of moving and shooting at the same time quite well, but I think the mechanics could be worked on a little bit more to make them smoother and more responsive. Also, props for trying randomly generated maps! It looks like you worked out the main issues pretty well (enemies spawning out of reach etc.). The detailed 3D models look really cool, and the music adds to the general mood.

Cool, I didn't know you can do 3D games with LÖVE.

It's an interesting start und certainly a working game, but ingame feedback for anything you do is seriously lacking. Like hitting enemies or getting hit by enemies or moving to the next level. It was annoying that the intro sequence is unskippable and always plays when the game restart.

Challenging game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTDci7P3_cI

This was very different - and pretty hard. Like the others said - it would have been nice to have some kind of score and health indicators. I did like the music - made it sound almost like a western! :-) The on screen text was good - to help get started with the game I enjoyed the experience - please continue to develop it!

The fact that you are on a tiny platform makes the game difficult when you try to flee from the ennemy. I found it a bit difficult because I died too quicky so many times! Maybe I am noob or maybe the character has too few health. I appreciate the graphics and sounds. The models are awesome.

I liked this game. Controls were easy to understand and I didn't really need to rotate my camera so I just focused of shooting fireballs. You can notice the soundtrack looping after a short time and after a while it starts to get annoying. There was no clear feedback on what the player did and that is something I would add in a possible new version.

One bug I noticed was that some enemies spawned on top of nothing so after the level started they immediately fell to their deaths.

Overall a nice game ... congratz :P

The hit detection is a little wonky, and it would be nice to have some indication which weapon you have currently "equipped." Graphics are a neat start. Also didn't know love did 3D so that's neat. :)

Love the audio of your game :) Also it is great that you decided to include a tutorial. That is so much better than reading instructions from the website.

I struggled a bit with the controls, they feel a little bit unresposive. Maybe consider adding some indicators where the player is currently walking and what spell is equiped. Also a game over screen would be nice. In the beginning I did not understand why the game kept resetting to a new level.

Nice work!

Nice entry. The loved the genie models and though the animations were fantastic. If I was to recommend anything it would be that I feel the game could benefit from some better UI, like where your characters currently moving to what spell is currently selected/health etc. Great job!

Nice game, cool graphics and thanks for making me laugh! I wish you would add at least the simplest UI though. Also maybe it's just me but the enemies took a bit too long too kill.
