I love the idea, I'd never thought about a typing game like this! I think it could be really good with some more style (e.g. an image of an actual phone). I also loved the unexpected announcement of my score, it was a nice touch

Simple idea but very nicely done!

I really like this!

It took me a while to learn I had to press 0 after every letter, but it was really fun

The score announcement was very nice too

Oh, memories. This is a real ancient technology. I like this game very much. Very good use of the theme .

ahahaha, good ol' technology indeed, where keypad still a thing, man...i miss those days

Having flashbacks... very clever indeed. I wish the number pad on my PC was the same layout so I could really fly with my time-earned texting skills.

Ahahaha, I hated having to type like this, and I still do! Love it for LD. Agree that the score announcer at the end was awesome.

<3 the narrator

Clever interpretation of the theme. I expected it to work like most flip phones I've seen where if you want to type two letters one after another on the same button you just have to wait a few seconds for it to register, but having a next button probably lets you type faster.

Keep it simple, stupid.
A well known principle quite well demonstrated. :)

The game is fun (even though a bit shortlived). As many of the others here I had the same problem: Realizing that I have to use the "next" button instead just typing the next digit.

Great idea, not sure that this is how my T9 worked though (pressing 0 after every single char?) . Simple in design, simple in art and sfx but hey. It def got the work done. Still it's a 3 min fun game. Nothing more...

traf-d-lo 2016-08-28 20:14

Hehe, well done.

cmlsc 2016-08-28 22:08

Funny idea, but it doesn't have very much content. You could turn it into the player texting someone and the AI responds with being very confused about the random words you are sending. XD

potatoing_ 2016-08-29 00:31

Cool idea! I still renamber the amount of times I have to press the keys:3. It would be nice, if you could controll the game with actual keyboard. Overall, really fun:)

matex-7seven 2016-08-29 00:58

its simples but it works ! gj

kevkevonfire 2016-08-29 06:38

Holy hell how did I ever do this shit quickly. Like people said, it works, and there's some fun in it. But... its hit the point of simplicity that I have to judge against it a little bit. I would think that a little more time could be spent on polish or user flow with a game this simple.

neural 2016-08-29 19:34

cool idea, without egyptian stuff :D

g-beuneker 2016-08-30 08:07

What an original way to make a typing game! It was nice and simple :)

qookiezzz 2016-08-30 08:33

Really nice!

redhotalex 2016-08-30 14:34

Never saw a game like this. :D
Unfortunately I got an old mobile phone with T9, so I'm not amused as expected. I think you should bring out an android or iOS version. That would be funny. Btw: Your cousin's voice is hilarious!
