Nice work, fellow libGDX user! Really solid game throughout, the graphics are nice and the gameplay too. At times, it was a bit difficult to see what's happening, and most of the time I tried to change items with number keys instead of clicking them. Good work!

Quite fun, but I couldn't get movement to work - neither WASD nor arrow keys in either Chrome or Firefox (and my keyboard does work generally! ;) That meant I ran out of ammo quite quickly. :(
Nice music and light physics! As maffydub I couldn't get movement to work. I couldn't die or much anyhting else than placing out rocks?

The lighting was nice, but the art could use some work.
The screen shaking was a bit excessive and it was hard to tell what was happening. In general, I found it confusing.

Hmm, movement doesn't work with the embedded version. Removed it for now.

After another libGDX entry, I'm starting to like it. It's well done, I'm just not sure about what the anger level does. The games get harder with time? Is that it?
It's also hard to see, but I guess that's intended.

Yeeah, I kind of got carried away with the bodies covering the ground. Lol
The screen shake and darkness made it a bit hard to see the enemies. Otherwise it worked fine for me. Unfortunately I couldn't save Jared in the end.
nice juice in places, but controls are what made me not play a second time. I didn't know what I was doing for a bit either. It also felt like there were no tactics (not saying there aren't, just that it felt like it given what I could tell in the darkness)
nice idea and funny moves and explosions *.*
monsters only goes in one way, so walking is just useless maybe more random enemies and more light (because i can't see them)

Pixel art and eye candy are great. Very lovely style. I agree with others that the game felt like it lacks possible tactics and therefore gets repetitive very quickly.
Fun game! I included it in my compilation video series of Ludum Dare 36 games, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/VSGUm6oLKPM
Enjoyed the game, really wish the bad guys were more visible, i would also reccomend to spread out the resources when they die so you don't make yourself an easy target, good job overall!
Pretty interesting idea, could use some music.

It's definitely a start! :)
This game could really use some more speed. If the bomb was separated into two items, one that simply hit enemies and another that simply create a flame, you could make the hit give less damage but be way more frequent. Often, after throwing a few bombs, I'd walk around gathering resources ignoring enemies, since the flame would deal with everything. Also, this type of game asks for frantic action (seems like you did go for that, with all the effects and how fast enemies spawned), however player movement got into the way, being slower than everything.
Also, it's too dark! It is usually hard to see enemies and all... Some light spots seemed to spawn, later, but they didn't add to the overall illumination, so they didn't really help...
Other than those two points, the game is pretty well done! :)

Little too much screen shake and maybe a tad too dark. Liked the gameplay. Well done.
