On windows 7 64 bit it says it doesn't have a "Monstermanita data" folder next to the executable.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD33 → Monstermanity

I wish you would've zipped up everything into one file for easier play, but I assumed the data folder needed to be there, so I downloaded both.
I appreciated the voice over in the beginning! In my entry in the compo I focused a lot on sound, so it was good to see that someone else had at least put some effort into it. The music grated on me after awhile, but it was there, so it definitely counted!
There were a few times when I was able to get my monster through a wall where I wasn't supposed to, and at the end (after getting most of the upgrades), I landed on what I thought was the ground and instantly died.
The character design was good and I thought the controls were nice and fluid, exactly what a game like that would hope for. All in all, well done!
The Data files should be in the link make sure you download them and not just the executable ^^ (else it won't work)
Art style was simple but effective, couple of graphical bugs (text width on the upgrade screen) and a few gamepaly oddities, walking along a light for example feels like it should act as a single object, it's actually three and you will get stuck on the end fittings.
Music was simple but fitted.
Attacking your enemies is awesome, leaping off a blind ledge and landing on some dude's face just doesn't get old lol.
Only problem I had was that I couldn't get out of the lab, I always died by touching the ground outside :(
Nice. Escaped the lab! Graphical feedback of moves could be better, but overall it feels good to jump around.
This game's moody retro feel and classic evolving science experiment plot were fun! The hit detection and controls felt very floppy, which detracted from the fun, but it was still cool exploring. The sound was not so good, unfortunately, nor were the graphics -- except for the main character sprite, which looked good. It would have gone over better if all of the sprites and backgrounds had been the same pixel resolution, I think. Still, an excellent freshman effort and I look forward to seeing what you make in the future!
It's a nice little game. The graphics are ok, it worked fine, the gui could use some more work, but it's pretty fun.
Not bad, you should put the wall climb ability to get first since you can chose other (like i did) and then in the second map i was not able to get it even if i had DNA
Good setting tone, platforming mechanic is OK. Buttons feel a little off from where they're actually clicked.
Really enjoyable and funny!
I like the idea and the way the story is narrated.
Maybe a little too many graphical styles.. some clean and other not so much. Btw nice entry! :D
I highly suggest zipping up your data so there is just one consolidated download.
I Escaped!! :) Good job bro!
let me skip intro dialog. neat!
The sound and Mood were great - it has a definite feel to it.
The movement didn't feel perfect but I like the method of attacking, it felt a bit novel.
I knew I could download the dropbox folder as a zip at the top-right but a lot of people haven't noticed this - I'd suggest changing that!
The two ending thing was cool but I would have liked more 'level content.'
That was good! I just wish there was more of it.
please build web version either if possible. I don't have windows atm :(
I escaped the lab. I'm satisfied. Good job :D
Art style was pretty good. Overall i thought it was a decent game
Good job for a first ludume dare!
Please add dialog skip on the beginning.
I really love level design, and animation when you killing soldiers, would like to see more, really good start as for me.
Very nice project guys, i really love it, please check our game too and if you liked it give us a vote. Look for Road to hell and enjoy.
I liked the idea of going through the vents. Good job.
