Excellent graphics style that reminded me of Binding of Isaac. The sound effects were also nice and the music added to the atmosphere. The theme was well done and had a nice twist of something nice being turned into a monster. It was also fun to play. So overall, a great entry!

looks nice, could do with more of of a feeling of feedback from attacks/hits, a bit more punch, a bit more variation. but, pleasant!

Good work, the art in this is really nice. I did find it a little weird that the only way to avoid being hit was to abuse the fact that pressing the attack key multiple times during a single attack animation will register multiple hits, but other than that this was quite fun!
Wow, as an artist for our project, the artwork and animation is great! Very unique style. The tentacles are unexpected and was a very welcome as part of the game mechanics. Not sure if you guys noticed but the level are not filled to the edge on the level art.

Looks beautiful and I love the mood of this.
The gameplay felt a bit strange, especially with the attack speed not being limited to the speed of the animation, so the easiest tactic is to spam space as fast as you can.
