I think you put the wrong link for the web player, unless Google is your game
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD33 → Match

Woops should be fixed
It's a neat concept, and I felt like a monster for burning a forest. Good job
Lacks some fleeing animals! Dark. Love the art style. Original!
Fleeing animals! That's GREAT!!!!
Burning squirres even more >:3
Small update: Fixed some performance issues
I've never played something like that. Thanks for a new experience
interesting idea
Game restart is a bit laggy now. It wasn't quite obvious how and why should I control the wind. Also, zooming out could be useful too. The style is nice and I liked how fire and forest looked like.
Remember kids don't play with fire! hahah :D nice looking game. simple gameplay. More bombs?
@Demy
Tnx for the feedback.
I should be able to improve the restart feature.
The wind helps spread the fire in the direction the wind is blowing.
I do agree that it should get more player-feedback to display what happens, maybe I'll do some particle thing where you see the fire spread more.
Zooming is already implemented, I did forget to put it in the controls (fixed).
@crare
Tnx for the comment!
I didn't had much time to balance out the game, but I'll try to add more bombs or ways to gain new bombs if I continue to work on this project :)
Thanks for all the comments <3
Thanks for playing mine! I hope you had all your players alive when you fought the monster for the good ending. ;) I'll play your game and leave a comment soon!
Cool, I like the art :)
After playing: Nice art and mood! I was pretty bad at burning much of the forest though. Smokey the Bear would be proud.
Interesting interpretation of the theme! The controls were a little unintuitive, and hard to tell apart from the game world. Maybe let the player be able to control the wind by rotating the wind icon directly? Maybe have some more graphical hints of how the parameters will affect how the fire spreads.
Cool game, nice work! :)
Ohh that was interesting. Only I can prevent forest fires.
Do different wind speeds weaken the fire, or does it always help the fire spread? It was hard to tell.
That was fun in a monstrous sort of way. Great work!
Well done with different kinds of fires (from shrub to tree fires, adds some spice to burning thins up)
i really like the art style. very classic.
@McFood the wind helps spread the fire in a specific direction.
Fire will spread by default to nearby vegitation, the wind will help give it extra reach in the winds direction.
I do agree, it lacks some feedback for the player.
Pretty cool game. Some particles would be nice for wind, so you can understand the direction of the wind.
Cool entry ! The artstyle was nice and the concept pretty interesting ! Keep it up, dude :D
An interesting idea and a well made game! More objectives for the player could have been pretty nice.
I found it a little confusing.
Very clever and original use of the theme, I loved the concept even if I felt like an awful person afterwards :D
Great job!
Good, though a bit boring waiting for the fire to spread. Might be better with things for the fire to hit that cause things to happen, like getting another bomb or spreading the fire over an area where it was hit. Controls were great though!
Really neat game! I included it in part 19 of my Ludum Dare 33 Compilation video series, if you would like to take a look :) http://youtu.be/bouSnGLQUcs
