Good concept, too much waiting, and very little understanding. Would have been nice to get a bit of visual feedback from the woodcutters and masons to know they were actually doing something, and something to do whilst waiting for food to build up. Had a bit of fun though.

I can't rate this because I'm using a Mac. Sorry :(

piman 2012-04-25 12:18

I can't rate this because I don't have a Windows system. Sorry.

Pretty cool, but I gave up after a while :P
Good work though! :)

kroltan 2012-04-25 20:50

Nice, but now my eyes are bleeding.

m-gryko85 2012-04-26 22:41

Game reminds me of settlers. But it needs more help so player would know what is happening

kibertoad 2012-04-26 22:43

Too slow, no real choices, no real strategical or tactical thought required. Which is quite unfortunate - I really wanted to like this one...

izzimach 2012-04-26 22:43

Basic mechanics are good, but there needs to be a "speed up" function for the stretches when I am just waiting for stone/wood or whatever. Also, the first time I put a farm down some big dark circles started appearing and it took me a minute to figure out they were crops. For a second I thought huge sinkholes were appearing in the ground.

Not bad. It could use some way of canceling actions or putting things on hold.

Don't build a castle too early : )

I would have played, but I'm on an iMac.

Linux user. Shame, it looked interesting.

psysal 2012-04-28 22:37

Looks great, sadly it crashes when I try to start it. So I shalln't rate it.

PsySal: Did you install .net 4 and XNA 4 like the instructions say?

raptor85 2012-04-30 21:44

can't rate as it requires XNA4 which crashes under WINE on linux

davidwparker 2012-05-08 13:34

Sorry, I can't play this as I don't have Windows.

Spotline 2012-05-08 17:21

Too bad it's so slooow =(

julianspillane 2012-05-08 18:17

Interesting concept, but there was a lot of waiting going on. It's got a nice Cataan-y feel to it, but it could use a lot of polish. Still, great job for 48 hours!

asfdfdfd 2012-05-10 16:04

Controls are pretty hard.

lawrence-esswood 2012-05-10 16:10

Really needs some work. Menu was annoying, wasn't sure what I was building.
