A rather fun little game. The biggest complaint I have is that the sound effect volume levels are all over the place; especially the bullet-hits-wall effect is WAY too loud compared to the rest.

Fun, reminds me of doom for some reason. Could use some directions(or arrows) pointing to your comrades though

Tange

Well done! I dont like having my mouse trapped but besides that one flaw the gameplay was quite amazing and the level design and enemies worked beautifully with the physics.

Sparky

This is really fun- it's got a few things (like the grenades :P ) That could use a spot of polish, but gameplay-wise this is the best action game I've seen come out of LD15 so far.

bburbank

this is pretty fun!

There are a few moments where the enemy placement basically forces you to take a hit that are a little unfair, but this is otherwise a ton of fun.

This one reminds me a bit of of the old classic atari game H.E.R.O. Good job!

... 5/5 ;)

Looks like a game, plays like a game. I like :)
Sounds blast my ears.

Still impressive for the extra short time you had!

Problem Machine

YEAHHH! I'M GONNA PISS ON SOME ALIENS WITH MY SPACE UZI! WOO!

GBGames

It's a pretty complete game, and it's fun. I was thrown off by the brown or orange barrier. I couldn't find a key card for it, and I spent a good amount of time looking. Was more planned? Dropping a grenade was confusing because it didn't do anything unless it was somewhere it was supposed to be used. Good job overall!

Fun game! Just goes to show that as long as you get your controls in shape, even a simple game can be fun. Sound effects were the only thing that really annoyed me. :)

Nice! 3 for 3. This reminded me of Exile for the Amiga, which is a great thing to remind me of. :) I would love to see a more polished version of it.

afterthought

This is pretty wicked. Wish it were longer. The grenade puzzle was quite cool :)

This was fun, thank you. Movement is very comfortable.

My favourite moment was when I went into the blue room and was attacked by heaps of enemy ships - after only ever fighting one before!

HybridMind

This was actually a good bit of fun and held my interest until the end. I managed to escape with all 3 scientists.

I like how the first time the game started I went straight up and it was like 'You win!' but luckily told me I had left 3 of my buds behind. I then played again and beat it without dying (though I only had 1 heart left.)

I really love how you can go really fast if you want to just fly around the level. Also, the controls felt really great and balanced to me. I also feel that you correctly tuned the turret and tank gunfire rate to be in a pleasing ratio to the player's movement abilities so that you can get into that schmup-like state of moving back and forth between the enemy bullets effectively dodging if you want.

I did find the players rate of fire a little excessive and ruined a bit of the fun by making it a tad to easy. Once I realized I could let out of stream of constant death it wasn't so hard.

I enjoyed the subtle ground layer where you have to use a grenade to advance. I also like the slight puzzle elements of realizing one has to blow up the slot machine/computer to open that force field.

Nice job... the main character is fun to watch and I liked the little smoke trails too! :)
