Apr 20 14:17:53 Kuiper Space Rescue ♥ 2 There are so many little graphic details that make the game great. I feel the sound design a little oppressing imo. I'll definitely recommend your game to other jammers!
Apr 20 23:32:48 9h 14m Federal Bureau of Dance ♥ 0 Hello! FIY, I can't execute the MACOS build. Here is the error message: “Federal Bureau of Dance” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software"
Apr 20 23:40:08 7m 20s Signal Drift ♥ 3 "not my signal" 😄 I thought I'd play for a few seconds, and it's already 2 a.m. Well done! I really like the pace of the game. I wish there could be more structures to build as the universe expands.
Apr 21 09:14:57 9h 34m Mission: Stop Transmission ♥ 4 You made me do math homework; 10/10 would recommend it!
Apr 21 09:26:01 11m 04s Signal Weave ♥ 1 Mooore income-!! Really love this simplistic game. You dive in very quickly and get rewards and positive feedback instantly. I would love this to be a multiplayer game somehow. I didn't get the message "wrong input" though.
Apr 21 09:34:47 8m 46s Untroubled Bliss ♥ 1 Hi there, I got two different endings. Nice entry. You made me discover Twine. Out of curiosity, does it allow adding content with the dialogue? I must admit I had hard time staying in the game and reading 'til the end without graphic and sound content.
Apr 21 09:47:23 12m 36s Beat the signal ♥ 3 Hey! We somehow got the same visual interpretation of signal, i.e. an ECG 😉 Suggestion: Add dynamic music that speeds up as your combo score increases and the signal rate accelerates. Also, it lacks sound feedback with the space input in my opinion. I invite you to test our entry, which is a very different representation of an ECG 😄
Apr 21 11:33:41 1h 46m Dark Sigils ♥ 1 Damn, I had trouble understanding what to do at first. You force me to get pen and paper to decipher the game. Which is great. Well done. Honestly, for me the sound design didn't really match, and I had to lower the volume. Although, imo Signal is different than sign 😏
Apr 21 11:59:03 25m 22s Bit-Box ♥ 2 I agree with everything @sirlich just said. The game is pretty hard to play for me at this state. Very cool concept though. Nice entry!
Apr 21 12:36:58 37m 55s The Lighthouse ♥ 0 Yeah- very simplistic mechanic that works very well. Good job. Imo, that is a great structure for rogue lite mechanics with upgrades that improve your loadout to keep up with the game that is getting harder and harder.
Apr 21 12:46:45 9m 47s Glitched Signal ♥ 2 Web version seems to be stuck in the loading screen on Ludum dare website. So I played on itch.io. Great mood. You lost me in the fighting of 3 running enemies (a bit stressful while playing with a touchpad 😆). I suggest you had some visual or sound feedback when the enemy is about to touch you and you're about to die (is it a oneshot?). I found myself surprised to die sometimes. overall, very great job!
Apr 21 13:06:39 19m 54s Wavelatro ♥ 4 Doesn't feel really innovative for me. But damn, it's so polished. Everything holds together just fine. The sound design is neat. And the old screen monitor aspect is perfect. Great entry!
Apr 21 15:22:51 2h 16m Captain Distress ♥ 1 It feels like a golf game, haha. Nice one! Middle mouse click doesn't work well with logitech MX2S because it is mechanically tied to scroll wheel. I need to change the binding to play your game. Great entry though, well done.
Apr 21 15:31:40 8m 49s Panic! at the C.I.A. ♥ 2 This game is an alien. So bizarre that makes it great. At first I had a hard time figuring out what to do, and then I remembered the title and all made sense. Still too many quirks I don't get to appreciate at its right value. Well done anyway!
Apr 21 17:02:31 1h 30m Signal Defender ♥ 1 Hey! I loved the game! Felt like old school towerdefense. Still look like an early prototype with placeholders, but the gameplay is fun. (maybe a little too easy at this stage).
Apr 21 17:30:51 28m 20s Lights of the Living Dead ♥ 1 When I launched the game for the first time, I was like, "Omg, what a great sadistic Machiavellian idea!" It reminded me of Need for Speed 3 where you have to cause the worst car pile-up possible. For now, it feels like it's too easy to just turn all light green and watch them crash. Am I right? Great art direction overall, well done!
Apr 21 21:19:15 3h 48m Pulse-8 ♥ 1 Really cool timed puzzle/reflexion game! Nice pixel art, smooth gameplay. Good job!
Apr 21 21:44:28 25m 13s hehe, cars ♥ 1 Nice one! Love the cluncky graphics and gameplay, it's work very well!
Apr 21 22:09:54 25m 26s Coo-Coo, Chef! ♥ 4 I don't understand everything... But i laughed and had fun :D Really good one!
Apr 21 22:18:25 8m 31s oops, wrong alien ♥ 5 Really fun concept on the signal theme. I love the graphics! Good job
Apr 22 08:20:25 10h 02m Drum`n`Ice ♥ 4 Hey! The game is difficult to play for me due to keybindings on the keyboard that are not qwerty. Do you still use the legacy input manager of Unity? Otherwise, the new input system should detect the keycode and replace "W" by any key that takes this position on a foreign keyboard. Great interpretation of the signal theme otherwise. I like the progression system!
Apr 22 11:42:21 3h 21m Average League ♥ 2 Very fun! Good interpretation of the theme! Good art to. The onboarding is a bit clunky at first but only few try to understand is ok for a jam game. Great job :)
Apr 22 11:56:28 14m 07s Hijack Waves ♥ 1 Nice tactical game, i don't understand everything as often in tacticals (for me ahah) but the graphics and audio are really cool.
Apr 22 12:17:30 21m 02s Signal Keeper ♥ 1 Nice puzzle/enigma game. The graphics are good, and the different stages are fun to discover. Maybe the puzzles are a little easy to solve, but it’s not a big deal. Great job!
Apr 22 12:32:24 14m 54s Mayday - Keep the signal alive ♥ 1 Hey! I really like the way you're trying to tell a story through different stylish screens and mini-games. The overall pixel art is great, and the sound design fits well! Although I find some texts are a bit off and difficult to read. I got a bug in the last minigame where I was stuck; I just spammed a dozen of time _rescue_ and _back_ on the right signal, and it worked. Nice entry overall, good job! ✌️
Apr 22 12:51:28 19m 04s MAYDAY ♥ 3 This is so great! I'm having hard time to shoot with the touchpad. I'll try it later on the desktop computer. The overall art direction is nice and funny! I love it--
Apr 22 13:36:45 45m 17s Beat the Signal ♥ 1 So cool! Great tutorial, simple controles, good juice, fun gameplay!
Apr 22 13:45:13 8m 28s Among Six ♥ 2 Great-looking game. The mechanics were a little confusing at first, but I figured them out after a few tries. I had a great time playing it. Great job!
Apr 22 13:59:58 14m 45s Air Signal ♥ 2 Stunning game art! What an impressive first entry! Congratulations!
Apr 22 16:13:38 2h 13m packet_loss ♥ 2 Well done ! the art style is lovely, the gameplay is simple but fun. With even more upgrades and differents files, I could see myself play it for hours 😄
Apr 22 16:17:32 3m 54s Harmonic ♥ 2 My head hurt with all this math. What an original concept ! Good job.
Apr 22 16:48:00 30m 28s To walk on Strange Roads? ♥ 5 The concept is really great ! It took me quite a while to figure out how to play the game. So I think a visual tutorial would be great to understand the light the light on the pad.
Apr 22 16:53:21 5m 21s Beakon Fire ♥ 3 Super cute! Just missing a progression bar, but the gameplay and sound design are great. well done !
Apr 22 20:32:26 3h 39m Per Signum ♥ 2 I'm in! I love the concept of mixing deckbuilding, territory expansion, and tower defense. Give me more, please! :D To try to be constructive, maybe you could make the start clearer with more distinct options and choices. Giving the player a first major objective (get the blue crystal?) and marking it on the map could help provide some context. Thanks for the ride, I had a lot of fun!
Apr 22 20:42:06 9m 40s Man On Fire ♥ 0 Fun game, i don't understand everything but... I burn everything :D
Apr 22 20:50:48 8m 42s Monitor Maze ♥ 3 Really good job! top-notch graphics, nice sound design, and smooth gameplay.
Apr 22 22:22:46 1h 31m Signaliens ♥ 3 Very clear controls and mechanics, easy to onboard. Nice work! I didn’t have any sound during my runs, is that normal?
Apr 22 22:29:11 6m 25s Shroomice ♥ 1 I dabi'jump in the shroom mobile and it was great, thank dabiyou!
Apr 22 22:40:59 11m 48s MEGAHONK ♥ 1 Loved it! A simple formula, but well executed with a fresh idea. It was a few fun rides! Good job! Add some craziness to the loop (dash, nitro, ULTRAhonk...), and I think I could play it for a few hours.
Apr 23 09:52:02 11h 11m ECHOMAZE ♥ 2 Nice blind maze concept! I like the simple mechanics, and the graphics are good, the color indicatior around the character is a great design idea. For me, what’s missing is a growing sense of time pressure. I think the sound should become more and more dramatic to build emotional tension throughout the journey. Anyway, great job!
Apr 23 10:05:30 13m 28s Fading Echo 余音轨迹 ♥ 1 Cool game! Clever idea and nice design. I'm bad at plateformers but i can enjoy it ahah! The sound design is charming and the graphics are good. Loved it! Warning about your itch.io page, it sent me to a dead end. Just so you know :)
Apr 23 12:21:23 2h 15m UPLiNK Defender ♥ 2 Good base defense / survivor-like game. The level-up system doesn’t seem to work, and upgrades neither. The controls are smooth, and I like the graphics. A small onboarding improvement could be to invite the player to move in a direction using an alert indicator on the edge of the screen. Good job! Nice game!
Apr 23 14:40:38 2h 19m Holy Light ♥ 4 Damn, I got goosebumps from the Banner of Saga vibes! Looking at the pictures, I immediately felt like trying it. I could watch those people wandering the pixel art landscape for hours. Yet, I would prefer it to be on auto-walk, to be honest. The monochrome battle scene is very stylish. I really liked the mechanics. Well done on the exclamation mark. Overall, it feels like the outcome of the scene is the same whether you're good at it or not, which is awesome, and I keep wondering how you managed to do that. The end totally nailed it. Imo, you found the best way to end a proof-of-concept gamejam prototype with a funny surprise. Bravo to the team!
Apr 23 21:15:26 6h 34m From the Abyss ♥ 1 Nice mood! The audio and visuals create a smooth and pleasant experience. The gameplay is solid. Maybe clearer wording for the upgrades, or a better onboarding flow explaining the different ways to regain fuel, or a better difference between red and green signals (not just color, like a warning sign on the red) could help players understand things more quickly. But hey, those are small details that are hard to fully polish in a 48-hour jam, so I’m only mentioning them in a constructive spirit. Thank you for the game it was fun to play :)
Apr 25 17:13:45 43h 58m The toothpaste attack ♥ 1 I'm laughing out loud! 😄 I actually suggested this idea during our brainstorm session, and you actually did it. Very funny!
