Apr 29 07:25:30 Farwatch ♥ 1 Great! You've done so much art and UI features, impressive! Did you have a template project in advance to help you build this game? I do miss sounds but it's really hard to do all the gameplay, art and sound design in this short amount of time, and since you polished the rest, it's more than OK! Good job!
Apr 29 07:40:06 14m 36s The Hive of Queen Bee-Atrice ♥ 1 Egg-selent! The game is well balanced, you need to think of 5 different things (birds, blue/red nectar, honey, bugs, birds) and 2-3 of those things at the same time. It keeps you busy all the time, it's very nice! The sound design adds a lot to the mood, too! I'm a bit sad the bird's shadow art is so pixelated/overscaled, but overall, you've done a really good job!
Apr 29 07:49:16 9m 10s Kittenbaticorn ♥ 1 Really fun idea for the main character, and I love how you made the echolocation work. The art is beautiful, and the sound design well-polished, nice entry! (P.S.: I had really really bad performance issues on my laptop, maybe 4fps)
Apr 29 08:03:10 13m 54s Clickrun ♥ 1 Simple yet great entry! I spent 1 minute to find the France flag, is it part of the gameplay? 😂 Good job! 250ms each time until... 16ms!
Apr 29 08:17:26 14m 16s swpr ♥ 1 Nice entry! The "manhattan distance" got be once, because I was used to the minesweeper rules, my bad! I think your take is great and the balance is really good! I missed an explosion noisy/grainy sound effect, though, but the amount of work for the time limit is incredible! Really good art, too! Good job!
Apr 29 11:20:06 3h 02m Speed Signal ♥ 1 Really nice entry! The right part of the third (I think) level is haaard! 😂 The gameplay really feels like I control a stupid robot, and the sounds are really fun! Good job!
Apr 29 21:29:02 10h 08m Chromawalk ♥ 1 Great! This is a very clever use of the theme, good job!
Apr 30 08:11:24 10h 42m Cardboard Delivery Service ♥ 1 Well done! Even if I had difficulties with some hitboxes and the perspective, the aesthetics, sound design and gameplay work really well together! Good job!
Apr 30 09:26:28 1h 15m Under Signals ♥ 1 Awesome! @dimonasdf @justine-d I totally agree with the "Papers, Please" vibe! Merged with escape games mood. Seems to me you did a lot of work for this game, between the UI, the puzzles, the texts... well done! 👏
Apr 30 20:22:56 10h 56m Mining Deepa ♥ 1 Good job! I find it a little bit hard to see the robots even on the nearest cases, but it adds a lot to the claustrophobic mood, as @domenixius said. Well done! 👏
May 1 21:22:03 24h 59m Lock ♥ 1 Very nice! I'm also a puzzle game fan, so this game got my interest right away! Great job! 👏
May 4 13:32:42 64h 10m Signal ♥ 0 Nice one! Congrats for making the game in JS (I did mine with my own custom JS engine too)! The game is really hard and I love how it rushes you to make quick decisions! Good job!
May 4 15:41:49 2h 09m Remote Tactical Wars ♥ 1 Great! This is a really well-polished game! Even if I had difficulties to time/plan my actions, I find it very well-balanced! Good job! 👏
May 4 15:52:36 10m 47s Finnicky Fourier Toy ♥ 1 Nice! It seems like a nightmare to develop this gameplay, especially during a game jam, so good job for that! I regret a lot the absence of sound design, but the amount of work for the gameplay explains the lack of audio. Congrats!
May 5 12:31:45 20h 39m Telepathy, Rhythms & Fingers ♥ 1 Great game! There is many different things (UI, audio, gameplay) done in a such little amount of time, good job! (First try, no errors, no fingers left 🙈)
May 6 12:25:08 23h 53m Rail Director ♥ 1 Nice puzzle game! I had difficulties to understand how signs worked sometimes, but it's a really good take on the theme, good job! 👏
May 6 12:39:34 14m 26s Housesitting ♥ 0 Awesome! I loved how you make the player learn tasks each day, and the game let you focus more and more on the environment and notice things (for instance, the bathroom light visible from the bedroom). Great mood and art! 👏
May 6 12:52:47 13m 13s Echo Chaser ♥ 1 Awesome game! I had the idea of this gameplay for more than a decade, really happy to see it done better than I could have done, especially on a COMPO timeframe! Loved your work on the particle effect, it makes the whole game, so I imagine it was a huge bet, but you did it perfectly well! 👏
May 6 13:00:58 8m 11s ResonanceGun ♥ 1 Really good entry! You manage to do so many things in a short timeframe, congrats for that! I loved how I need to find a safe spot, to scan enemies, adapt my frequencies and go for a fight, it's a good idea! Good job! 👏
May 6 13:11:11 10m 13s Flaglot ♥ 0 Funny game, like @steveofstevesgames said, there is a rock/paper/scissors vibe! I feel like your original intent was to make a better use of the "arena" (like the goblin you mentionned) to "justify" the need to move and grab flags. Let me know if you add more features later! Good idea, nice job! 👏
May 6 13:18:10 6m 59s SIGNAL - Another Morse Game ♥ 0 Google Chrome dino/cactus 404 DLC! 🙈 Good job, excellent take on the theme, difficult, but really interesting to be able to jump on your own with JUMP or by pressing the corresponding letter once you know the next one! Great runner! 👏
May 6 15:01:46 1h 43m VOID ♥ 0 Great idea! I like how it make me feel to try going in the dark hoping to find a light to attach to! The inertia of the character (space ship?) make me think you wanted something difficult to control too, and maybe you'll want to reward/punish the player for going fast vs bumping on objects? As mentionned before me, some ambiant sounds would have been really nice, I never have time for it (even if I want every time) so lately I force myself to stop the dev at least 2 hours before the deadline, it gives me the time to make basic stuff but it helps a lot with the fun and mood of the games. Congrats for your entry! 👏
May 6 15:09:51 8m 05s CRASHDAR ♥ 1 Great game! There is a lot done with the UI, ambiant, design... everything! Pixel art is my thing too, so I can only love your take on this one, good job!
