Very neat graphics and super dense athmosphere. It is pleasantly creepy and a cool story with a nice twist. The tasks feel a bit random and lack a proper motivation. The z key is not ideal for navigation on non-american keyboards.
I enjoyed this, but there's not really any room here for the player if you get what I mean. You're just doing a very defined set of tasks that the game won't let you do incorrectly. It's less of a game and more like an interactive movie. I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing though, I still had some fun getting spooked by the TV.
While I agree with @tolviere here about the lack of player agency, I loved the atmosphere! Now, I'm not entirely sure if the game was playing me or if I just was very forgetful, but I'm 99% sure I did the correct thing with the bathroom light multiple times and it was wrong each time. :D
A nice example on how very small things can create a tense vibe.
A nice atmospheric experience. I like the details of the TV static still being heard from another room, and the bathroom light being cast on the bedroom wall.
The art direction is really clean, the sound is cool, but I find it's more of an experience than gameplay.
Great buildup, mild payoff. I liked first appearance of the shadow in the corner of the eye, classic stuff with spooky writings on the wall, the cat. I was even expecting human trafficking situation at one point. Unfortunately, ending didn't satisfy me: who wrote task notes, if owner is away? Why not let her out?
Awesome! I loved how you make the player learn tasks each day, and the game let you focus more and more on the environment and notice things (for instance, the bathroom light visible from the bedroom).
Great mood and art!
Really beautiful, i would like to here from you @hby, what is it about, and And what was your intention with that ending ? I was expecting to get a final jump scare. The gameloop was engaging, it catched me. Nice entry
