Apr 8 07:25:50 Treasure Down Under ♥ 1 I love your menu so much! And cute animation - grabbing hat was a nice touch. Had a bit of difficulty with controlls (was playing web version on keyboard) - it sometimes felt that button presses had delay or character would roll untill he would fall (two screens of rolling!) and last jump felt hard to do for the first time (run it second time made it first try though). Sad that it ended up being that short though! It was just getting interesting with mechanics!
Apr 8 22:26:46 15h 00m Deepo ♥ 1 I collected all fish that were marked on which depth they were, couldn't find white unmarked ones... are they in game? Was swimming as low as hull was allowing me to (around 325m and cannot update hull further) and was wiggling lights to try and find anything, but nothing! One thing missing is how to get out of the station. Pressed F, then Esc... took me a while to find out it was space ! Nice game overall :) I enjoyed it!
Apr 8 23:00:14 33m 28s Deepnaut ♥ 2 Saw 4 different types monsters while playing! My meta progression stopped for some reason. Couldn't buy anything and had a lot of points just being there. Things I was able to buy were all in the first row and sharp bullets 1 and charger 1. Nothing else unlocked (just unactive) and it was a sad day for me! Movements took me some time to get used to, but it worked after a while. First speed upgrade felt like a trap, though. Yes, you could swim from those bubbles faster, but you also often would get pushed so hard that you would still smack into the wall... just a bit further away! Everything looked so cute though! Even monsters :) Loved flickering lights as well.
Apr 9 07:42:13 8h 41m Captain Peggles: That Man's Chest ♥ 4 @alexrose I got your map ahahaa! got ashamed with what I drew! Grabbed all 3 though! That game is so cool. Had to wait till evening to show it to another jammer :D It is so well done! There is nothing I could give as a feedback at all!
Apr 9 22:02:50 14h 20m Lisiy ♥ 1 I played the initial version, then saw that there was a critical bug with progression and launched a postjam one. Yes, I see where the bug is :) Finished the game in postjam version. Really nice little game! Loved how you fall first and sounds of noming were so good! Music a bit repetive, but it was okay and set the initial mood. Sometimes controls were strange, like if I would turn really fast - all the food will just go flying, but it was easy to manage otherwise! I had fun playing it!
Apr 9 22:18:56 16m 06s Life&Depth ♥ 2 Hmm, I seem to be confused with level. Each place that leads to oxygen (except the first one) is too far away to reach it. There are conflicting arrows to follow. Some pointing right, some left, but both were impossible to follow, since oxygen was depleting much faster (I couldn't even see new air pockets!). Not sure how people manage this one. Art is really nice though! And music is a banger! I would tune all the effects down a bit - they are really sharp and loud and I would apreciate to hear that music over them personally
Apr 9 22:29:26 10m 30s Dream Depths ♥ 2 Oh its a lot of speed in this one! All the speed! Would indeed love to slow it down a bit and maybe make enemies shoot with less prediction? Or maybe its all game speed issue. Shooting intervals or pause to "reload" for enemies would be nice too, since they kind of scary to try and aproach. Its easier just to run most of the time... But again, maybe its all because of the game speed being so high that while you do one action - enemy does several :) The idea itself is a nice one. Just really annoying to face so many enemies with so much action going on!
Apr 10 20:55:30 22h 26m blablabla deep finite ocean II ♥ 2 Oh loved those kind of games back in the day! And yeh... a bit too much flashing hahah could be less with no change to how it feels and its mood I think. Would love bit of pewpewpew sounds, but too much to ask in such a small time window given I think.. Music is perfect for chaos inside though! Those damn crabs are nasty. I think, I haven't killed even one - they just avoid me until they attach to my side QQ So many powerups and things in just one day! Its a good game overal!
Apr 10 20:58:14 2m 44s Escape Into the Darkness ♥ 1 Is the game speed somehow depends on the cpu speed? For me game runs so fast I cannot react to anything - just hit first pile of trash as soon as the game starts :(
Apr 10 21:14:25 16m 11s Depthline ♥ 1 I was confused for a long time with the first word. Hint about sparkle made it worse - first I waited for letters to actually sparkle for a hint (they didn't), then I thought the word would be lamp, since it sparkles and its on the screen... nope. Had to look at the hint. Then I got that you have to spell action. Kind of cool, but then the last one came. And I was confused. Walk up? Run away? Again was looking at the hint :( Maybe game should be hinting that you are looking for actions, not objects. Something that was clearer about the task. One more thing - would be nice if correct letters would actually light up green if you tried the wrong word. So for lamp, for example, L and A would be red and M and P would be green - as additional hint to the puzzle! Idea is cool though. Liked the raining letters as the puzzle pieces!
