| Apr 4 10:54:52 | It's like they knew... | ♥ 1 | Nice game. I like how the game ensures the user know everything by providing how to play and embedded gifs/videos for tutorials. Took me a few levels to figure out how to outsmart the game after reaching the end goal for every level. My only critique would be related to the camera and the movement. It all stutters a lot which I found annoying. I was playing on windows. Overall a nice game and good idea. | |
| Apr 4 10:59:16 | 4m 24s | Conctoww | ♥ 2 | I like the idea, pretty cool. I did not understand the score system but I assume that when you fire and your projectiles does not hit the skyscrapers it gives you a negative score? I think the game is cool for what it is, as it is very very simple. If the game's score system had been a little different I would have played the game for a while trying to do better each time. Nice work! |
| Apr 4 11:05:37 | 6m 21s | Inevitable | ♥ 1 | Made me chuckle when I realised what was going on. I accidentally clicked on my first try and realised what was going on. Text also scales when the number passes 99 and goes 3 digit. Frankly I was not really interrested in reaching a thousand+ mostly because of the audio being very repetitive. Fun little idea however not so entertaining on the long run. Good work! |
| Apr 4 11:07:28 | 1m 51s | Beebs Bump | ♥ 1 | The choice of compiler might have been a bad choice since windows is refusing to run it. I am not going to allow it through my firewall so I guess we won't see the game and what it was about. Wishing there was some screenshots or something here to give the game some ratings. Sounds interresting for sure though. |
| Apr 4 11:24:38 | 17m 10s | Dilley and the Sacred Stones | ♥ 2 | Very nice game, I completed it and the difficulty does not seem that high. Very fun game though, loved the ending. "I am bob, you will be bob. Fighting is useless" -Bob |
| Apr 4 11:31:25 | 6m 47s | Living the Dream | ♥ 2 | Made it to age 35. Nice game, really like the idea. Having more features, more detailed maps, NPCs and so on would be cool. Definitely a project worth continuing to work on post Ludum Dare 50. Would love to follow the progress on some kind of media if you decide to pick up on the work for this game? Overall a great game, requires thinking and strategy, and the indoor house rendering is pretty cool too. Loved that. Nice work! |
| Apr 4 11:35:41 | 4m 16s | A duck on ice | ♥ 1 | Pretty cool, very short but a fun little project. RIP the duck. |
| Apr 4 11:41:06 | 5m 25s | Trip to the unknown | ♥ 1 | Sounds were pretty cool, so was the aesthetics for models and the overall atmosphere. The game has potential but it gets very repitive in terms of motivation to move forward as every stop is the same ruins/abandoned town. Nice work though |
| Apr 4 11:47:16 | 6m 10s | Evacuation Station | ♥ 1 | Staying on the introduction still counts people in shelters which means you can win by staying on the intro I think. As soon as the game starts there is a overwhelming amount of astroids based on the player speed and damage output. Other than that it's a neat little game. Good work. |
| Apr 4 11:54:27 | 7m 11s | The Final Day | ♥ 1 | Neat little game for those that love retro styled games. Reminds me of the classic pokemon games with a bit of UNDERTALE mixed in it. Nice work! |
| Apr 4 11:58:32 | 4m 05s | Keep Cool | ♥ 1 | The visual effect on the menu screens is really cool but it could be nerfed a little ingame as I found it disorientating and almost made the game very chaotic. The artstyle is really really good, and the movement controls feel great. I'm impressed that this was done in 48 hours. Amazing. |
| Apr 4 11:59:32 | 1m 00s | Hostile Life | ♥ 2 | Nice work. Music fits well and lifts the entire game's experience for the player. |
| Apr 4 12:05:50 | 6m 18s | Between My Shadows | ♥ 1 | Top contendor in the compo challenge! This was amazing. The game has so much potential. The visuals is awesome, I love the retro/pixelated take on these low poly models. I wish there was more cutscenes and lore. I think the dark backstory of why the player is there, contributes a lot to the entire setting and atmosphere of the game. Keep up the good work, I'd love to see this game more evolved in the future! EDIT: The sounds by the way; they are amazing. No clue how you managed to make this game in 48 hours! |
| Apr 4 16:42:33 | 4h 36m | Farming until bankruptcy | ♥ 2 | This is a ton of fun! I wish there was a indication of what would be charged. I went way past a thousand turns but just suddenly lost. It would be nice to know in advance. Love this game. Is there some media like discord etc where I can follow this game's progression? Again really great work here! |
| Apr 10 23:16:37 | 150h 34m | I have no nose, and I must smell | ♥ 2 | Gotta love the space background with those low poly renders that feels so out of place but still works somehow. It almost felt very nostalgic to me. Great audio by the way. Really impressive for a game jam project as well! |
| Apr 11 21:33:51 | 22h 17m | The Average Quest | ♥ 1 | This was an awesome little game, I really enjoyed it and did not mean to go the full length but ended up completing it. Controls are really nice, so are the sound effects and it feels really well put together and very solid for a compo game. With that said the overall theme is also very simple and as fun as it is I wonder what a scenario would be like if you wanted to keep working on the game? Awesome controls as well, really well done! screenshot.PNG |
