| Oct 5 20:53:29 | Chemical Love | ♥ 1 | Humour spot on. Definitely relatable having to deal with this freaky glasses guy. Only managed to get 4 of the endings though. Kept getting spontaneous combustion, maybe that's because I was choosing the answers too quickly? Great work :) | |
| Oct 5 21:44:27 | 50m 58s | Angry Ape | ♥ 1 | I am witnessing a future legendary rivalry in the comments. 5* |
| Oct 5 22:00:19 | 15m 52s | Pinfall | ♥ 2 | Great presentation! Very nostalgic and just some good solid pinball fun 😎 |
| Oct 5 22:05:19 | 5m 00s | Silly Skateboarding | ♥ 1 | I gotta hand it to this guy, that's a lot of walls to faceplant into at 20mph and not stack it once. What a great game and an absolute masterclass in how to make a satisfying jump. |
| Oct 5 22:19:21 | 14m 02s | Fragile Payload | ♥ 1 | I only died 16 times! That's good probably! I actually didn't find it stressful at all, maybe that goes against the intention but I found it kind of cathartic :D Was fun to figure out the logic of the overheating and even though I still probably don't exactly understand all the factors that contribute to overheating, I was able to avoid it instinctively. very satisfying. I think I will probably come back to see what scores other people are getting. Was there a timer for speedruns? I can't remember. |
| Oct 5 22:39:08 | 19m 47s | Star Drop | ♥ 1 | Loved the game and the menu was very nice. Subtly designed! I couldn't get past level 4, haven't rated this yet, will come back to it when I have completed a couple more levels because I definitely think there's something I'm missing. Level 4 just seems unwinnable and I can't accept that! Great graphics and music! And just what is this building delivery company and who is hiring them? :D |
| Oct 5 23:09:37 | 30m 29s | You won't believe your result from this personality test! | ♥ 1 | I hate that I have to give this a high score. UNFRGH. |
| Oct 6 10:36:17 | 11h 26m | STABUFO | ♥ 2 | The shader you used for the possession was so nice! Did you make that yourself? I enjoyed the game a lot when I could actually control my possessed object, but there were a lot of times that clicking just did absolutely nothing and the camera would get into a position where I couldn't click when I was up against a wall, so the only option was to try and scoot along the wall until a luckily bounced away from it again. I think maybe binding the movement to some keyboard keys would be best! Nice prop and level design, really like the idea :) |
| Oct 6 12:34:26 | 1h 58m | Grabanakki | ♥ 2 | Great game! You can feel years of game design experience in the tight controls and mechanics, and I absolutely adore the art and animation. |
| Oct 6 12:43:43 | 9m 17s | BUMBLING BUILDERS | ♥ 1 | Nooo, all the way to the end with 3 stars and then one of the buddies gets squished by my trophy! I think that's an allegory for something. P.E.R.F.E.C.T. art. I spent a long time trying to figure out how you gave that thumbs up at the end that satisfying wiggle with so few pixels. Black magic I guess. Really great game. 5* overall :) |
| Oct 8 13:21:34 | 48h 37m | Solar Colonies | ♥ 2 | Lovely polish and presentation :) And very relaxing. Could imagine it being a larger game where you gradually get introduced different solar systems with more and more complications to deal with, maybe with a little engineering and space travel thrown in? Would definitely play that. Great entry, congrats on finishing. |
| Oct 8 13:58:24 | 36m 50s | Potion Commotion | ♥ 0 | On Gamepad unfortunately for me, the right joystick just moved the mouse cursor around, so was still able to click outside the window. Will hold off on rating, just wanted to let you know :) |
| Oct 13 13:50:41 | 119h 52m | Crunda | ♥ 1 | My first game to get 5 stars all round. This is so freaking good. |
| Oct 13 14:55:54 | 1h 05m | Unstable Stick | ♥ 1 | So close to being unbelievably satisfying, but due to the RNG jump direction it's just unbelievably frustrating - there should not be randomness in the jump direction. When you're making such precise jumps and it's all down to RNG whether the jump has the arc you want it to or not, what's the point in even trying or getting good at the game? Or edging towards the end of a platform in preparation for a big gap only for the pogo man to suddenly do a massive jump off the edge. When you play a precision game and there's no way to predict what will happen, my god. if you just took out the random jump direction this would be a really solid game. [Edit] Had a moment to calm down and realised I shouldn't get that irate over a LD entry :D I like the minimal art and I was actually having a lot of fun until I got stuck on the same jump for half an hour due to RNG sending me off the edge every single time lol |
| Oct 18 14:11:35 | 119h 15m | CandleLight | ♥ 3 | My fav of the jam, absolutely fantastic. Could see it being a whole 6-10 hr game |
