| Apr 20 16:17:41 | Flamebearer | ♥ 1 | Really neat premise, I enjoyed fiddling with the mechanics and running around the levels. I often found myself skipping combat until it was required, which I personally do not see as an issue. When I discovered I could rush in mid air a lot of the seemingly impossible platforming challenges made more sense. I wouldn't mind seeing this game with more development! | |
| Apr 20 16:24:38 | 6m 57s | GRDN | ♥ 1 | Love the sprites, don't mind the futile nature of the growth. Really great job, that was a lot of fun. |
| Apr 20 16:43:21 | 18m 43s | Planet Doom | ♥ 0 | The screenshake is a bit much but in the end I think it works in your favor. The graphics are absolutely killer, I love the sound effects, and the win condition is extremely engaging. It's to difficult for me, but that doesn't keep me from being a fan. I also really enjoy the lore and terminology, very well done. |
| Apr 20 16:47:32 | 4m 11s | Amadiro | ♥ 1 | Excellent game, extremely easy entry-level gameplay, difficult overall challenge, and just enough variety to keep it interesting. I love that I can jump in and get a run going quickly. |
| Apr 20 17:06:26 | 18m 54s | Shashou the Panda | ♥ 1 | Killer sprites and subtle animation, really satisfying game speed and feel, simple and addictive. The choice to majorly reduce the range of the gun was extremely smart. The game got a bit easier when I discovered that I cannot, in fact, accidentally shoot Shashou myself. A neat feature would be for bamboo to grow a tile or two away and cause Shashou to become uncentered, heightening the danger from one side or the other. Also an aerial enemy or two would help justify the jump button, but these are just ideas; in the end I really enjoyed the game. |
| Apr 20 17:14:28 | 8m 02s | Keep Ye Alive | ♥ 1 | honestly despite its extreme simplicity I think it works. very nice graphics, phone-friendly gameplay and controls, just enough RNG to keep it from truly playing itself. would love to see a vast array of strange monsters to keep things interesting during a longer run! |
| Apr 20 17:20:37 | 6m 09s | Space Station Alpha | ♥ 1 | I am extremely into this game. Huge in scope, excellent exploration features, loved the set pieces whenever I ran into them. Once I got the hang of the controls and what all the tiles meant, I was totally hooked. |
| Apr 20 18:03:49 | 43m 12s | Grove Guardian | ♥ 1 | This is an outrageously great game. Amazing premise and execution, beautiful music, extremely engaging gameplay. I played it to completion and plan to play again to try and find all the upgrades. I earnestly want this to be a full-fledged game, i adored every minute of it. |
| Apr 20 18:22:17 | 18m 28s | Wavering Divinity | ♥ 1 | Fascinating concept, this is a game I would like to spend more time with. Would love to see this elaborated on! |
| Apr 21 02:03:30 | 7h 41m | Its Alive! | ♥ 1 | Really really enjoyed this, would love to see more levels! I could even see this expanding beyond Lenore, with rescuing her being just one chapter among many misadventures. Particularly liked the music and victory tune. |
| Apr 21 02:11:22 | 7m 52s | Firestarter | ♥ 3 | Ran around keeping the population in check for a bit but burning was just too fun so i decided to go overboard. Running from cops and distracting them with fires was fun! |
| Apr 21 02:23:10 | 11m 48s | Keep The Spirit Stone Allive | ♥ 2 | I liked this! Enjoyable graphics, decent premise. It's a little slow, but I enjoyed watching my animal soldiers fight a bunch of scary monsters until I was overwhelmed. |
| Apr 21 02:29:45 | 6m 35s | embershrooms | ♥ 2 | A solid framework, I absolutely love the art and the general setting. I managed to chop down all the trees in the forest so I call that a win. Would love to see this grow into something more complete. |
| Apr 21 02:36:28 | 6m 43s | On Air | ♥ 3 | Neat premise, difficult to keep everything under control! One of those dogs/sheep was nearly impossible to catch. Would like to see this as a co-op game so you can divvy out tasks. |
| Apr 21 02:54:18 | 17m 50s | The Dragon's Curse | ♥ 2 | Really ambitious game given the time limit! I liked the music a lot, the art was nice, and the dialogue was funny. It is crazy hard but in the end its more about the journey than the destination, right? Also I got stuck in an infinite loop in shoptown; i didn't have enough money to buy the supplies so all I could say was "THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS" and it would just restart the conversation. |
| Apr 21 03:02:21 | 8m 03s | Aphotic Aquatic | ♥ 2 | The dialogue and descent into madness was really fun! Could have used some music near the end to really sell the cosmic horror. I got to 60 on my first run!! Anyway nice visuals, repetitive but honestly solid gameplay. I had fun. |
| Apr 21 16:04:19 | 13h 01m | Bob The Bog Roll Defender | ♥ 1 | Always love a ludum dare with voice acting, bravo. Very playable, nice simple premise, solid sound effects. Would have liked the ability to swap weapons with the mouse wheel so i could keep my hands on WASD, but otherwise the controls were fine. |
| Apr 21 16:24:46 | 20m 27s | SlugBall | ♥ 0 | Great music, fun premise, really nice art style. Platforming was slightly clunky but totally serviceable. The level RUN!!! was hyper stressful! |
| Apr 21 23:19:21 | 6h 54m | Robot Walk | ♥ 3 | Dude this is something I've always wanted to make! I know it's not finished but man, its 5 stars in my book. Please see this through, I would love to play it, or even just steer the robot around various environments for no reason. A+ on the walking animation too, i am floored. |
