Oct 7 23:16:37 What Is Halloween? ♥ 3 Super fun concept, avoiding the Fuzz was a thrill, and I nabbed up 300 pieces of candy (in the bowl) and over 2k just on the floor! Really fun idea, fun to play, easy to understand, and could be elaborated on easily! Thanks for the fun, and thanks for the submission!
Oct 7 23:29:48 13m 11s Game Title Here ♥ 1 Hilarious concept, and more fun than I would have imagined! Stick it out and I guarantee you will get a few laughs! Thanks for the fun!
Oct 7 23:43:43 13m 55s World Collector ♥ 1 WOW! So far the coolest submission I've seen, insanely high production value. Audio got a little loud (music) and was clipping my headphones a bit, but otherwise, this was a SUPREMELY polished experience, and I expect it to show up on my Nintendo Switch in a year! K THX BAI!
Oct 8 00:48:49 1h 05m Neon Merge ♥ 1 Super fun! I would recommend working on the attach and detach system, perhaps having a different button for detaching - making it easier for players to hold the space bar and attach to things. I found myself spamming space bar desperately to make attachments that just wouldn't be made due to the physics and pushing the block away from myself before being able to make the attachment! Played it to completion on my stream! Had fun! Thanks a lot! Keep working on it!
Oct 8 01:01:45 12m 56s Alin ♥ 1 Very cool concept! The controls felt clunky and first, but as you play and get used to the muscle memory of the elements and their respective directions - things got fairly fluid towards the end! I certainly wouldn't be sad for more levels! Lots of fun, thanks for the submission!
Oct 8 01:15:28 13m 43s Spirit Path ♥ 1 Fun game! I lost almost all my spirits before I got to the end, but it was a clever concept and an interesting play. It would be fun to mess around with more puzzles in the game setting, instead of just wandering around and hoping a path shows up! But none the less, was a great concept! Keep working on it!
Oct 8 01:26:30 11m 02s Survival Cubed ♥ 0 Played both builds, Monday build was more solid on the control front but a bug that made the building connect to each other prevented me from progressing in a way. Fun concept, exploring the world was a good time, wanted to see more crafting options. This game definitely would appreciate some sound in it, even simple sounds will do! Thanks for the fun!
Oct 8 01:36:16 9m 46s Ex Nihilo ♥ 0 Awesome! Was just jamming out to the tunes and enjoying the sounds and color. My son was also very pleased by the visuals, if only he heard the music! Our submissions are two peas in a pod, artistic and expressive, more so than a 'game'. Very cool! KEEP GOING!
Oct 8 01:48:03 11m 47s Inky ♥ 2 Awesome fun, great great GREAT visual style and art direction. Definitely would take a step up with some fun and creative sounds to illustrate the world to my ears. Controls were a tad floaty, and sometimes the double jump was unreliable for unknown reasons. Sometimes I could jump twice, sometimes I couldn't. But, none the less, this did not deter me from having a good time exploring and jumping around in this world! MAKE SOME MORE LEVELS PLEASE!
Oct 8 01:57:50 9m 47s Escape the Minotaur ♥ 2 Was fun! It seems like it needs to be optimized quite a bit, I was getting a frame rate slowdown pretty significantly the whole play through. But, I was able to see past that, and enjoy myself anyway! Definitely suspenseful and could be tons of fun if refined to play smoother! Very cool, nice graphics! Keep working on this!
Oct 8 02:06:53 9m 03s A Game about Nothing ♥ 1 Really fun concept, played a game similar to this earlier and had a riot laughing! I thought this was also very entertaining. Would be cool to see more games pop in and out that were familiar. I was surprised how intuitively I just pressed the buttons that I needed to - to control the various games that were thrown at me. Definitely a neat concept to bombard a player with all sorts of genres. I do think you could expand on this idea, and get away with a lot of fun content! Thanks a lot! Keep working on this! Stellar for only 6 hours of work!
Oct 8 02:28:09 21m 16s King of the Goo ♥ 1 Super awesome game! Art style and aesthetic was gross in the best kind of way! Enjoyed being a goop monster and toyed around with the various DNA combos. Add more combos, and variations and you've have got my attention for HOURS! Maybe even allowing a system where your goop can grow bigger and chase OTHER prey! I would LOVE to see more of this game, and expect to see it on my Nintendo Switch in a year! PLEASE!
Oct 8 02:41:54 13m 45s Slimy Dungeon ♥ 4 Awesome game! Reminds me of a lot of classic games like Binding of Isaac. Which is a great thing! I gave it a run and got to level 5, I would like to try again and see if I can find some cool items. I am sure I barely even tapped the market when it comes to finding unique items. Definitely worth playing, and worth expanding upon. add some more enemies, and some more bosses, and this game is a runner!
Oct 8 02:58:59 17m 05s Draconomics ♥ 3 Was a lot of fun, maybe some mole variations or maybe even treasure variations that give you more gold than others? Or what if there was some treasure that was too heavy for one mole to hold, so you have to shoot more moles to stop them from bringing it to you! Just an idea! Thanks for the fun, great artwork! I would like to see more from this!
Oct 8 03:07:34 8m 35s Pandorama ♥ 1 Really great game! The art and graphics are stellar, next level. Could ship that today with how it looks and people would think it was a finished game. I had a lot of issues with the controls, they feel like I am on ice. I died most of the time because I got stuck on a object and it takes awhile to pick momentum back up. Tighter controls would be WAY MORE FUN for this game, and the sloppy icey controls take away from the fun. Other than that, I couldn't recommend this game more! Thanks!
Oct 8 03:19:57 12m 23s Nothing On Frontlines ♥ 2 Fun idea! I always love me a good Tower Defense game. I feel like if I had individual control over where walls could get placed, and maybe a 'next wave' counter so I have time to spend the money I earned and build strategies for the next wave! Lots of fun! Looking forward to more!
Oct 8 03:29:28 9m 31s Zen Master ♥ 1 At first I was playing and thinking, 'Well this is very simple, and I will get over this very quickly' But, as a person who submitted a "Game" this time around for LD, it was more of an experience than a game. As I pressed the space bar, and noticed the thought bubbles, I began to think as well. The thought bubbles encouraged me to think about my own troubles, opinions and feelings, and as the bubble disappeared and others began to form, I noticed more thoughts..more memories, and more emotions. I started to naturally breathe with the monk that I was in control of, and my breath started to lengthen. I appreciated this small moment of solace in the crazy days that I have had in this game jam. Thanks for the experience! Got way more out of this than I had previously thought I would.
Oct 8 03:43:22 13m 54s Business Quest ♥ 1 Awesome game! I had tons of fun playing this, and I was worried that it would get repetitive and old, doing the same thing over and over again, but the platforming was pleasantly tight and the controls were solid. Seeing more jobs and more ideas coming from this game would be awesome! Definitely a lot of potential here! Thanks!
Oct 8 04:00:49 17m 27s Five Finger Discount ♥ 2 Great game! Might be neat to see some variations on the guards and maybe a way to randomize or add options to the security guards pathing. It was really easy to predict where they were headed and made the game a bit simple. That does not detract any amount of fun I had though, I almost beat it! I got to the last moment before I go to the 1st floor and made a bad call on the direction the guard was gonna rotate! I would love to play it and finish next time! Thanks!
Oct 8 04:14:45 13m 56s Null Blob ♥ 1 Favorite movement was when I would start moving really fast! It would be cool to see some environment and obstacles that I could fall through, and see how the blob would interact in such situations. It might be a fun idea to 'cover' the slime in a substance that you can spread. Kind of like Splatoon, but instead of covering the ground with paintball guns, you roll around as a blob of slime and make a huge mess of things! Thanks for the fun!
Oct 8 04:29:15 14m 30s Return The Stars ♥ 1 WOW! Such a great art style, the visual aesthetic alone would make me think I paid $5 dollar on Steam! If this game had more enemy types, and more levels, you could ship it tomorrow! Very solid, super cool experience, and it was fun hooting and hollering at those snakes CAUSE THEY CHASED ME! Thanks for the fun!
Oct 8 04:57:59 28m 44s A Field of Flowers ♥ 2 What an experience, I played it for arguably TOO long. I had a wonderful time growing flowers, and expressed how having different crops, and ways to interact with them would be so fun. I could farm like this for hours, and hours, and hours, and hours. SOLID WORK. You could try what Knighthousegames had suggested and place the sun on the RMB when you hold it down, that way you can click and plant seeds easier, and immediately equip your sun and start growing! Thank you for this zen experience, I am legit serious about keeping me up to date on any new developments, because I WANT MORE GARDEN PLZ!
Oct 8 05:24:48 26m 49s Lurking in the shadows ♥ 2 Super awesome time! I played for awhile and got a pretty good army going. Those golden armor bois are WAY TOO STRONK! I would like to see this get developed more, and would love to see new minion types and enemy types. Definitely needs to be some balancing done to the game, enemies seemed like they were awfully tough, and it was hard to get the ball rolling on a good horde unless I played with pixel perfect timing on some paralyzes. Making it clearer on where my AOE of possession and paralyzing would be nice too. Perhaps a graphic that follows my cursor, or allowing the abilities to be 'equipped' so it shows a graphic. Either way I slice it, I had a blast and would love to play more! Thanks!
Oct 8 05:51:32 26m 44s The nhon-nhon millionaire ♥ 1 Was super fun! Felt like a full blown management game. I didn't feel any different than I do when I play "Game Developer Simulator" which is a compliment I think! Nice work on capturing that feel and vibe. Always like a solid management game!
Oct 8 06:20:40 29m 08s L.D. Noire ♥ 1 Wow! So much content in a small amount of time! I am pretty sure I just got done playing a full blown point 'n click adventure! I definitely wouldn't be sad to see more of this! Nice work! Solid all around. Felt like the real thing! Coulda fooled me! Thanks!
Oct 8 06:27:55 7m 15s Fast Bastard ♥ 3 Fun times! The controls for the movement were a bit weird, the bounding boxes were hard to determine sometimes. But it wasn't a problem enough to stop me from playing the game. Once I got a handle on how the stealing worked, the meter and what each symbol was trying to tell me, it make stealing a breeze and I just would try to nab as quickly as possible with the highest value I could get! I think this was a stellar idea for a game about pick pocketing! Thanks!
Oct 8 06:45:59 18m 04s Ludarium-45 ♥ 1 Unfortunately, I suffer from epileptic seizures so I was not able to participate in this game aside from just the beginning few moments. But seemed like it woulda been fun to jump around in that world! The controls seemed good, just from my small sampling!
Oct 8 06:54:22 8m 23s FUD ♥ 2 Simple idea, but effective. I accidentally found a bug, and an item flew out of the vending machine and never came back. Had a score of 33. It was fun, and I could tell that the end was near, because things were getting faster.
Oct 8 07:17:38 23m 16s Planet Z33 ♥ 1 Nice work Lana! I played on my stream and had fun! I am going to play more and try and survive awhile! This one is difficult! You gotta manage your time WELL! Do you plan on working on this any more?
