On the other hand, I think guns are not well balanced, I used almost exclusively shotgun and minigun and I hate that you don't have any kind of tutorial ingame. I like the simplicity of the game but it was sometimes hard to hit other player. One thing I miss is map shrinking after some time or some kind of anti stall mechanic. The following mechanic + checkpoints is awesome, music is great, obstacles are challenging but not impossible. Good job! You also nailed the theme. One thing that is worse (but still good) is graphics...I like more complex graphics. Anyway really great job and keep it up! I just remembered that I got stuck 2 times and couldn't do anything, but I don't know how to reproduce this. |

As someone pointed out, when new lines of text appeared, I was confused where the last text ended. Some background music would make the game even better, I kind of missed that. Shooting fireballs is fun and I liked that I had to backtrack sometimes to avoid taking dmg. Controls were unintuitive, W for jump and S & D for movement + something like space/ctrl for shooting would be better. Keep up the good work! :) |
