Aug 15 01:54:35 Break ♥ 0 Neat idea, had a really hard time with the controls though. Nice work on the audio and music too, good job!
Aug 15 02:05:45 11m 10s Spaceman Kevin ♥ 1 What a surprisingly compelling little game. The artwork was charming. The music was fitting. There were a couple subtle little effects that added a lot, like the zoom and vignette when in a cave or when the jetpack fires for a while. Plus the ending launch scene was great! Beat it on the first try with 14k points. Great work!
Aug 15 02:11:25 5m 40s Smart Gecko ♥ 1 Nice work, it reminds me a bit of Fidel. Solid little puzzle with a good take on the theme. Great job!
Aug 15 02:20:27 9m 02s GRAVEDIGGER - A final stand ♥ 2 Super good game! Lots of polish, clever pixelated and dithered art style, different weapon type pickups, different enemy types. Solid implementation. Really nice work all around!
Aug 15 02:27:26 6m 59s Dyson's Fear ♥ 1 Wow, really impressive work! Solid graphical style, a good feeling of speed, it really pulls the player in. Made it to nearly 700. Great job!
Aug 15 02:42:46 15m 20s Spaceship Slam ♥ 2 Quite a silly game, very chaotic but cute and quick enough to keep trying. Great work!
Aug 15 02:49:15 6m 29s The Maze ♥ 1 Nice work. Some corners were a bit tough to navigate, and the fire sometimes blocked the exit pretty early, but I managed to sneak through a couple times for 19 points. Good job!
Aug 15 02:59:31 10m 16s The Curse ♥ 1 Victory! Nice game with a good art style. Returning to the campfire to ward off the darkness is a good mechanic. Great work!
Aug 15 03:24:18 24m 47s Running out of space and into your spaceship ♥ 0 This is a great little game. Sokoban with a time constraint, a story, and charming art. Very good work!
Aug 15 03:27:35 3m 17s Star Skipper ♥ 1 Nice platformer, had a tough time with the low angle of the jump, but eventually got used to it. Great work!
Aug 15 03:32:47 5m 12s Pastien Le Pingouin ♥ 3 Fun game! Didn't notice that you could shoot the first time I played through, so it was an accidental pacifist run for about 28,000 points. Great work!
Aug 15 03:41:06 8m 19s Avarus ♥ 1 Agreed with others that the instructions could use some improvement, but it's a nice little puzzle game with great audio and graphics. Good work!
Aug 16 02:22:44 22h 41m Space Golf ♥ 0 Good take on the theme, simple and clean aesthetic, intuitive controls. Great work on this game! (even though I'm terrible at it)
Aug 16 02:29:02 6m 18s Vogon Constructors Ltd ♥ 1 Impressively thorough tutorial with some solid Hitchhiker's Guide humor in there. Quite nice graphics too, great work!
Aug 16 02:39:11 10m 09s The Custodian of ZX-42 ♥ 0 Fun game! Really enjoyed the voxel style, and the lighting was great. Solid soundtrack and sound effects too. I made it to level 8 and died because I got greedy. Great work overall!
Aug 16 02:44:08 4m 57s Robits ♥ 1 Water a super weird little game. Great music and cute pixel style. Nice work!
Aug 16 02:51:32 7m 24s .S ♥ 0 This is a really good game! Mixing snake with a platformer makes for some really interesting mechanics. Along with the simple and clear art style and nice choice of colors, it's really enjoyable! Wish there were some sound effects and music, but this is quite excellent regardless! Great work!
Aug 16 02:58:43 7m 11s There is Never Enough Space!!! ♥ 1 Fun little game, or rather bunch of games! Really enjoyed the art style and the variety. The timer was tight pretty much every time. Pretty impressive take on the theme too, lots of different ways to rearrange space. Great work overall!
Aug 16 03:01:38 2m 55s Crystalmancer ♥ 0 Really like the art style and music. It was rough that getting hit didn't give you any temporary invincibility and move you away from the enemy. I died several times just by not being able to get out from under an enemy quickly enough. Regardless though, it's a really solid entry. Great work!
Aug 16 03:11:18 9m 40s EVOLUTION ♥ 1 Really like the art style and level of polish on this game. Interesting take on the theme too. Great work!
Aug 18 04:32:22 49h 21m Space Escape ♥ 1 Fun game, I'm a sucker for Tetris Attack style games, so this was right up my alley. Linking the matching game to the various ship systems is an interesting choice. It adds an extra layer of strategy to a standard tile matching mechanic, but I wonder if some different tile images would help decipher things at a glance more easily. Like weapons could be a little missile, and shields could be a little semi-transparent circle, and speed could be green chevrons like >>>, etc... Then the player wouldn't need to refer back to the 'key' as often to make choices. Also, I found myself focusing in so much on the matching, that I couldn't watch the action with the ships in the top section. Not sure how to address that though, I probably just need to git gud. There's a lot of promise in this if it gets some further polish and enhancements. Great work!
Aug 19 20:29:30 39h 57m Mindlapse ♥ 2 I liked this game a lot. The clay art style drew me in and once I got the gist of the game it was surprisingly fun for such a simple set of mechanics. There were a couple times when it seemed like I couldn't restore a room even though I had enough bricks, but it was never a significant problem as something else would always appear to deal with. It would be nice to have some sort of stats tracked, number of shots, number of rooms lost / fixed / restored, number of monsters killed, etc... Good work all around!
Aug 19 20:39:39 10m 09s Demonic Digestion ♥ 2 What a great game! The art style is cohesive and excellent and the audio design meshes with it perfectly. The music is just the right mix between relaxing and concentrating. The tutorial gameplay is pretty clear right away just based on the colors and textures for the various things to be collected / avoided. One tiny quibble is the back arrow on the game screen. I got a good ways in my first playthrough (~18k points) and thought clicking it might take me to a shop or something, only to lose my progress. Kudos though, it's a really solid entry and could be a good standalone game if expanded on!
Aug 21 03:46:12 31h 06m Falling Ecosystem ♥ 0 Very cool game! Simple mechanics with an interesting take on the theme. We did something similar as a simple turn-based strategy. I liked the ability to collect the tiles that are about to drop out if you're fast enough. The art style was very fitting for the gameplay and the sounds were nice, but I wish there was music! Great work overall!
Aug 21 03:56:01 9m 49s Pre Alpha Build ♥ 1 Nice job, good take on the theme with the randomized building shapes. The graphics are pretty solid too. This could make for an interesting mobile game. Great work!
Aug 21 04:02:35 6m 34s Inventorious ♥ 0 What a great, solid game. The mechanic is simple and the implementation is pretty much perfect. The art style and the audio design mesh really well. The interface and puzzle elements are intuitive. Excellent work!
Aug 21 05:17:25 1h 14m Get Comfortable ♥ 0 This game is so silly, I love it. great take on the theme, unique and weird, cohesive art, audio, and gameplay. Excellent work overall!
