A break after completing a level would help as would a transition between levels. Some king of feedback to let the player know they have completed the level and are moving onto another one. Having sound and music help with immersion and keeps the player engaged with the game. I do understand time issues and the need to cut certain things, so I don't fault you for not including sound and music. All in all I did enjoy playing the game. Congrats on completing your game! | |

The graphics were amazing especially the colored smoke trails. I didn't find the controls challenging and thought the ship handled well. The minimap was a nice touch and I found it very helpful. A small nitpick, on the loading screen you may want to put a button to click before you enter the game. This would give the player enough time to read the instructions. I will say at the end when you've built on all the spaces it does get a little boring just watching the the your city fall apart. Between the art, the music and the sound effects you have created a masterpiece of shock and awe along with also telling a very powerful message. I, for one, applaud you. This is an amazing entry and the most unique game I've ever played. I don't normally hand out 5/5's but when I do its for games that, hands down, deserve it! Congrats on completing your game! |
