Apr 29 11:16:00 The Gallery Quite strange. I liked some of the ideas you had, and the art you've drawn is lovely! I think auctioning should be interactive or more rewarding - at the moment each reset is earning me more money and yet feels like a punishment, because the bar keeps filling and emptying and takes a long time.
Apr 29 11:17:00 1m 00s The Colonist Good use of the theme, and nice effort with the graphics and sound. The controls are very odd, it's strange to have the mouse do different things above/below the ship especially as the ship changes altitude. I found that I often flew straight through the buildings instead of knocking them over, which made it really hard. I love the little green men that make a panic sound and run about!
Apr 29 11:18:00 1m 00s Agent C00k13 I like the happy cookie monster dance. Enemies should be a little more forgiving - it's too easy to miss a cookie and have no hope of making it through.
May 2 09:48:00 70h 30m Nero's Last Campaign I enjoyed the audio and the idea of nero using art to calm the masses. I think the 1-5 buttons should have been more strongly tied to the art and maybe deciding which of the 5 buttons to press should have had an impact, like certain areas enjoying a certain style of art more than others.
May 2 09:50:00 2m 00s Tsurara Donna After I got over my fear of touching the spikes I enjoyed the frantic nature of running and dodging the enemies. A lovely retro feel to the graphics and sound. I think the controls should have been split onto other buttons though - just mashing the arrow keys made my hand cramp up!
May 2 09:51:00 1m 00s Potion Quest A nice hex world and some good imagination with enemies and potions, but didn't feel very unconventional as a weapon. I think I got unlucky too as my world seemed to be quite small and I couldn't explore very far before getting stuck.
May 2 10:27:00 36m 00s Catholic Apologetics Simulator It's great to see a game based around Christian faith and the Bible, because that's difficult to do. I found myself putting forward arguments that I didn't necessarily agree with, but looking for answers in the Bible is a great principle, and having to look up the passages outside the game makes people think about the issues and the interpretation.
May 4 17:58:00 55h 31m Grease Colosseum Seems like it could be really fun, but I had awful stuttering trying to play. It hitches every second and made it unplayable, sorry. Maybe there's a garbage collection issue?
May 4 18:01:00 3m 00s Affectionate Armament I love the artwork in this game - the use of dynamic lights to cast shadows on the background adds a lot to the look as well.
The music is great, but you mention this is from a third party so I guess this is why you don't have a box for rating audio?
Gameplay wise, I like the concept (racing to use the weapon), though the gun is surprisingly ineffective when it has a mind of it's own :P
May 4 18:02:00 1m 00s Unconventional Dungeon I like that the game is challenging, and I appreciate there being a pause button :)
It covers the basics of a dungeon crawling game, but it's a difficult genre to do anything polished within the time of a Ludum Dare.
Needs more time for the content, audio, graphics etc.
May 4 18:02:00 0s The Happy One I really wanted to get into this one, but the jumping is broken (much too powerful) on windows. I tried win 32 and 64 but they had the same behaviour.
It's a shame because from what I can see, the graphics and concept are quite unique.
May 4 18:03:00 1m 00s P.O.F : The Power of Friendship I quite liked this game - it's got some humour to it (the way the enemies start mad then hold platforms for you when they're friends), and the music is chill :)
The platforming is nice and responsive, but I was never sure how much I needed the platforms that your friends can hold.
The enemies move around quite a bit, and always towards you, so it can be hard to get them converted somewhere you can use the platform. I guess that's part of the skill though.
Having one hit to die is quite unforgiving, but actually the game is so short anyway that it doesn't really matter. Good work!
May 4 18:04:00 1m 00s Transposition This may be a one level game, but that one level actually made me have an "aha!" moment, so well done on that. There is certainly potential for something fleshed out with this.
May 4 18:06:00 2m 00s Unconventionality Lovely job with the retro graphics and audio. I'd give you 5 stars for graphics, but there isn't an option to provide a rating for that.

Seemed like conventional rpg combat, not sure how the theme fits here.
May 4 18:07:00 1m 00s Garden of Strife Great work, lovely game design and use of the theme. Clever little puzzles and a satisfying power/difficulty climb. Reminds me of Zelda and Adventure!
May 11 12:23:00 162h 16m A Good Tunnel Is Hard To Dig All your games should be named "A Good X is Y to Z"
May 11 12:44:00 21m 00s Orbital Ion Cannon versus Conservation Of Charge This is pretty fun but it is very luck-based, it's really hard to get them bouncing where you want them. I guess all my ions joined the trade union (became unionised)
May 11 12:57:00 13m 00s Unconventional Card Battles It reminded me of Hearthstone :) I like the risk/reward of trying to build up a big multiplier. The graphics are nice, but it could have done with some animation to help the player understand what is happening. The tutorial is good too!
May 11 21:37:00 8h 40m Super Banana Gun The way you can keep jumping while in the air is an interesting mechanic, but it's still really hard! I like the intro, even if it doesn't make much sense :P
May 11 21:43:00 6m 00s Box Hammer Heaven Arena I like the way the enemies collapse into pieces when you defeat them, including the health bar above their heads :)
May 11 21:55:00 12m 00s A Knife Made Of Whispers This is a great game!
May 11 22:01:00 6m 00s Eye Rush Even with very simple graphics, you've made something which feels great to play! My high score is 57,060 ;)
May 11 22:03:00 2m 00s UN Convention Quite funny and some nice presentation. It was really hard to keep track of what was going on. Very unconventional!
May 11 22:05:00 2m 00s Pen Pals I like your fighter generation and some weapon ideas. It might have been easier if you'd done it multiplayer instead of vs AI - the AI doesn't cope too well, but hitting my friends with a train/keyboard is one of my favourite pastimes. :)
May 11 22:07:00 2m 00s Irmgard Reichts The flocking of the birds and the 2d art was quite nice! Maybe the shooting should involved more aiming?
May 11 22:07:00 0s The Unintentional Terrorist Apparently the secret to mind control is RSI! It was interesting to try and balance the various factors (once I realised what was happening - I nearly died from forgetting to breathe at the start!).
May 11 22:17:00 10m 00s B • Scott This is a good game, there's a lot of replayability here! It has a nice balance of difficulty too, and there's skill involved in moving the ball around to kill the enemies. Those skeletons...
May 11 22:22:00 5m 00s Dental Desperados This is funny, and a good mix of luck and skill. The graphics are well drawn too, and the animation effects help it feel polished!
May 11 22:26:00 4m 00s Shoot'N'Loot Cool game, really like the artwork and the random room generation. The sound goes well with the visuals - I'd be amazed if you recorded all of them in the time! I played until I had loot 495 and killed 271, but the game wasn't getting any more difficult so I just let an enemy kill me eventually. Certainly needs a difficulty curve (and some upgrades to use the loot on). Mouse aim wouldn't go amiss either - shooting in only the cardinal directions is a bit annoying. The basis is fun though, and I can imagine it stretching out into a full game :)
May 11 22:28:00 2m 00s Ludicrous Battleaxes At first the controls are confusing as hell, but once you get used to it you can see how it forces certain strategy. The squelching of boxes exploding in blood is particularly satisfying. The random enemies work with the physics really well, and I like the feeling of jostling around trying to get an opening - very cool. The combat is so fast that you don't have time to line up attacks, often just flailing and hoping for the best. I managed to get a diamond level score of 39 which I was proud of :)
Would benefit a lot from some music (and maybe a few arenas that unlock when reaching a certain score)
